I am different from everyone… Like the others

Repeat and repeat. And from so much repeated, it is consecrated, acquires independence and governs, beyond good and evil. When I wonder what perspectives are those that bother me today, I find myself in endless possibilities and approaches that I could take to develop it, one of them is how influenced our opinions are our opinions today because of the mass proliferation of the same. Do we realize, or does its subtlety make it invisible making us blind of reality and our own convictions?

I consider that it is a good starting point, taking into account that it is a disease that afflicts the social body, reflecting on what, in my opinion, are two central axes such as: globalization and communication – language.

On the basis of the above considerations, globalization is consubstantial, a violence that makes everything interchangeable and consequently we could say ‘equal’, which ends up leading to the annihilation of the "other", of the different, of the singularAnd what is incomparable.

We could openly say that the homogeneous is imposed on us, completely excluding everything that is considered as a supplier of an identical identity or development;Today everyone wants or at least tries to be different, but in that will to be different from the other it simply continues the same.

This global society, which continually aspires to an authenticity production, often does it through the trade, multiplying those goods with which what we believe is genuine materializes.

I think it would not be wrong to speak of a hypercommunication, understanding it as this ability to access more information and real -time interaction, allowing us to relate to people from different places on our planet and knock down those geographical barriers that, decades ago, seemed impassable, but that also represses the spaces free of silence and loneliness, which are the only ones in which it would be possible to express themselves without any inhibition. In short, it could be said, which is here where the point of union between globalization and communication occurs, although we must admit that the path of both is widely linked.

As we all know communication, it is interactive by nature and its essence is the feeding (feedback), but this over time became almost outdated, in a society that replaces language with a simple "likes";Where it aspires to eliminate the other, and without its presence this communication simply falls on an exchange of successive information.

We all know that it was not the wars or their sequelae that transformed the world, if not this Big Bang of globalization and its way of transmitting it through a language that has lost its simplicity becoming more and more complex. This radical transformation intrinsically involved a paradigm shift, a new image of the contemporary, which has modified us from head to toe, marking a before and after.

It is only enough to say as a conclusion that in this era of the complex, we cannot ignore that both communication and language constitute the main socialization tools in the current scenario, becoming a obligatory reference to understand the relations of power and dominationthat are exercised daily in the global field.

It is evident that a characteristic feature of our society is the mass media that as well describes Habermas: “They constitute technical reinforcers of linguistic communication, which save distances in time and space and multiply the possibilities of communication, which, whichAdsen the communicative action network, but without unraveling the action orientations of the plexus of the world of life." (1)

Electronic media, today, are presented as an apparatus that is introduced and complete;Once refined from all its subversive and transcendent moments, they integrate culture into an omnicomprehensive system of social controls encased to individuals, which in part reinforces and partly replaces the weakened internal controls.

For this reason the most important question we should do daily is: Am I different from all? Or just like the rest?

I relied that this new reality needs new solutions, new ideas, new strategies. And a different way of taking the reins and raising the voice in front of a globalism that is often imposed with inequalities, becoming invisible and usual. Today it is necessary, to be more sensitive to our current situation, to set aside the digital medium that is a "without a look" medium, without perspective and that, in the absence of this, of a repressive look we give rise to a feeling of misleading freedom. We are all affected in some way, because there is the game to feel free and undress voluntarily. Let’s not be different from all and equal to others.
