International Conflict
In Syria, there has been a savage of wars for over seven years, with more than 40000 fighters and many foreign troops incorporated to stop the war. The war has caused over million casualties and the jihadists and other fighters regime to torture and murder many innocent souls at will. The president of Syria made the accessions against the horrifying poison gases which had been splashed to his people; the Russia and Iran backed this. The peacemaking agencies have played an important role to end the conflict (Cordesman, 2017). For instance, the US has escalated her actions in Syria after the constant three years of air strikes hitting the Syrian regime. They have backed the forces in the town of al-Tanf and on the border of Jordan.
In preparing to settle the conflict, the peacemaking agencies have tried to work with the Syrian Democratic forces (SDF) in assisting the local militia in fighting with the Islamic State. In the recent months, the civilian causalities have increased, and this has resulted in the unintended consequences of the common air strikes to the people (Bennis, 2016). The UK and France have also played an important role in solving the civil war in Syria. They have conducted over nine thousand air strikes in the Islamic states to bring to an end the war.
If the peacemaking agencies had not been employed, many of the casualties would have been witnessed; the war to continue and many people were to suffer from it.

Wait! International conflict paper is just an example!

The external military intervention would not have been approached when the peacemaking methods were not employed (Collard, 2018). Thus the provision of arms and the military equipment to help stop the war was to be in vain.
Conclusively, the peacemaking methods have helped a lot in settling the civil war in Syria. Without its involvement, the nation was to be brought down. There have also been efforts in reaching the diplomatic resolutions to end the war. Thus making the UN back many of the conferences in facilitating a political transition in Syria.
