Goldberg Does “Be Specific”
Life is all about a journey that we decide the course. To live a happy life, we need to accept ourselves and never fake our personalities. By being real, we keep ourselves away from the pressures that we can get by comparing our lives with the lives of others. We should be focused on what we already have achieved in life instead of going after things we can never have. In other words, we should be contented with what we have currently. While we are still alive, we should live and make the best out of our lives. We should always appreciate everyone and see the positivity in every situation to live a happy life. To change the world, we should first begin by changing our personal lives and the lives of those that are around us. By doing so, the kindness will go a long way in transforming the lives of different people (Rosa & Eschholz 330). Kindness is a vital virtue that we should all possess.
My advice is that to improve our current situations, first, we should accept our current status in the society. By acceptance, we will be able to have a different view of conditions that we go through. We should always work hard and strive to achieve our goals to improve our life situations. My other advice is that we should never judge others before having facts. Seeing the best out of every case will enable us to create peaceful environments for other people that will allow them to thrive (Rosa & Eschholz 331).

For instance, when one has positive thinking always, they will be able to accept corrections at any given time without criticizing the person who gives the correction whereas when one has negative thinking, they will consider the person as an enemy to their progress.
