A toothache had started the previous evening, but it got worse when I woke up in the morning to prepare for classes. I guess the cold temperature that morning worsened the situation. I could feel a burning sensation that even gave a headache for the rest of the day. I tried several remedies to calm the pain. First I thought of brushing the teeth, but the pain could not subside. I also took some painkillers such as aspirin, but that did not offer any solution. It was only later in the day that I passed through a local chemist, and the attendant recommended the use of Tylenol. It was quite useful since it helped in totally calming the pain (Melzack, R. 1987).

The storm was windy, and that could have resulted in the cold getting to my lungs. When I got home, I had some small problems with breathing, but I just thought that taking some warm water could help in calming the situation. The rain went on for the whole night, and it was very chilly. When I work up in the morning, there was this sharp pain that I could fill on my chest. I tried to move from my bed, but it was difficult due to the illness. I again tried taking some warm water, but it was not effective. I took some aspirin to help calm the pain before I could go to the local chemists. The attendant recommended that I use Nitroglycerin. The other approaches that I had sought to use were not any efficient, but the medicine worked. However, in addition, I had also to try and keep myself warm.

The condition even made to me has a fever and a severe cold. For about a day I could not even move from the house. The situation might have escalated from the chest pain and the cold from the previous evening. I tried several things, but they all never seemed to work. The attempts included taking some painkillers and taking a rest. Despite the efforts, the situation seemed to get even worse and by the time the evening was approaching I could not even speak. On seeking the local physician, he recommended ibuprofen with other painkillers and I found this a proper remedy. Review
Looking back at the journal there are some things that I have learned and these also issue that I would seek to avoid. One of the things that I should avoid to deal with the typical infection include colds and soar threat. One of the things that I should be keen to avoid is the cold weather. There is an imminent need to keep me warm during such cold seasons to avoid future problems. Besides, there are some types of food that I should avoid. The problem with the lower abdomen pain was as a result of taking gaseous food. There is thus the need to be keen on any food that I take (Fischer et al., 2014). The food would also include avoiding any soft drinks (Brannon & Updegraff 2013). From this diary, I have learned that one’s health is a personal choice and one just needs just to be keen to avoid some of these problems. In most cases, the ailment comes as a result of one not being keen on what they take and places they visit. With a keen observation, one can avoid most of the ailment. The dairy has also helped to show me that I can be seeking if being exposed to the cold, eat certain foods or exposure to specific environments.

First of all, I want to say that these guys have pretty affordable prices. I asked them to write a compare-and-contrast essay and was really impressed with the final cost and, what is even more important, the level of quality.
