In the modern market, it has become a concern for many organizations because every firm strives to satisfy the needs of their customers. According to the readings of this week, many articles support ideas presented in the classwork assignments. The report outlines how various managers from different organization challenge their colleagues to make sure that the objectives of the firms are achieved. Some of the main points described in the article include the following points;
Culture
Most companies embrace the art of learning where they adopt a system that once promoted the company. If the culture of doing things in a certain way worked best for that particular moment, the company ensures that they continue using the systems. The article corresponds to the one we learned in class (Dean, 1994).
Freedom of the employees
Most successful companies give their employees freedom to take charge of the departments in which they are working. For this reason, they know that if they work best, the outcome will benefit not only the individual but also the company at large. Most workers work best as they want to be promoted to take charge of the next department in future. It is clear that the article talks about the same ideas as in class (Greenberg, 1997).
Innovation
Most companies encourage their workers by initiating programs that promote creativity and innovations. This ensures that the company gets new ideas every year depending on the number of those who have participated in the exercise (Hill, 2014).

Wait! management. paper is just an example!

However, to my fellow learners, I view this article as one of the best in discussing the best ways managers can use to improve the performance of firms. Do this apply to you as you have seen the paper?

To be honest, I hate writing. That’s why when my professor assigned me with coursework, I just took the easy way out and hired StudyZoomer to assist me. I’m absolutely satisfied with the result, no flaws.
