Organization Identity, digital business world and adopting rules have made management easy and effective through improved and quickened decision-making strategies. Organization identity provides the management and organization members with guidelines to make decisions which would be hard without identity. Through the organization identity, the management can make quick and right decision on an upcoming policy or change. The identity serves as a lens to filter what the organization would accept (Gioia et al., 2013, 123). Through the various digital business platforms, employees can make quick decisions and respond faster making the management work easy (Fleisch, Weinberger, andWortmann, 2015, 7). Without the platforms, the employee would have to look for the manager, convene a meeting to make a decision. Through the platforms, employees become free to focus on other complex tasks without being followed by the supervisor. Adopting rules in an organization makes the management make effective and consistent decisions faster. The management automates decisions like how to accept the return of purchased goods, which are guided by rules and organization policy hence will not require daily intervention.

Creativity and innovation make a person through the sense of individuality to resist directives from the management and shirk from groups thus creating a unique organizational structure.

With this, organizations end up having distinct creativity based on identities which would not be the case with collaborated innovation. Every person in the organization strives to be ahead on what he can do better resulting in varying organizational paradigm (Wu, Parker, Jong 2014, 1511). An individual shapes organizations along the line which he feels favor him on what he can do better. For example, an individual may come up with a system to serve customers instead of a customer care desk. With this, the organization shifts toward automation of its systems structure. Question 3
Digital technology has moved businesses from contact to non-contact platforms thereby increasing the flow of communication and services. Through digital platforms like internet communications, collaboration with other organizations and teams has increased. Employees can now share and gain new experiences in their job position worldwide. Increased access to global data has helped to make quick decisions (Gawer, 2014, 1239). Also, companies can hire experienced expertise to work on an issue for a short time without presenting himself in the organization. Through all this digital transformation, companies have increased revenue and service delivery to their customers.
