The management has organized a training to enhance our work-based skills. The decision was reached due to the current state of the company and poor performance regarding customer relations and other management issues. Therefore, every employee would be required to attend. I understand that most of you have adequate skills for your respective jobs. However, the training would focus on improving the company’s performance. The management would like to appreciate the efforts that you have put toward enhancing the company’s mission and values. However, it is critical that we notify you of the poor performance especially with reduced clients turnout and the company’s general marketing values.
Biff Winklerdale is one of the experienced trainers preferred by the company. I hope everyone will turn up for the occasion. The venue of the training would be held in the trainer’s hotel due to his busy schedule to travel to a different venue. The time of the training would be between 7 p.m. and 2 a.m. The time was suggested by the trainer due to a busy schedule. While the company would have wished to adjust the time to accommodate your schedules, the trainer insisted on this time. Please kindly note this time and the venue. Remember, the training would not only benefit the company but also enhance your skills on handling diverse challenges. After the training, the company management would be looking forward to improvements in different fields.

Analysis of the company’s performance has lately shown negative performance. This can be attributed to different factors ranging from human capital, employee turnout, irregular evaluations and lack of adequate skills to retain the clients (Falola et al., 161). Therefore, the training would focus on this areas while keeping in mind that the company could even close down due to poor performance. Furthermore, the training would enhance our marketing and accounting skills.
Accountability is essential for the success of any firm and our company is unexceptional. The trainer’s experience in accounting would be more beneficial to both employees and managers. As a result, the management hopes that everyone would comply to maximize their skills and upgrade the required skills possible. The managers would be expected to explore this opportunity with an aim of implementing the right orientations and supervisions skills. Adopting the required management values improves customer relations thus improved performance
Based on the organizational performance, the trainer would focus on the key issues related to integrity and professionalism at the workplace. Notably, you will have an opportunity to acquire new skills in customer relations and marketing skills. Such skills would enhance the company’s performance. Therefore, the training would be important to other stakeholders as well. It would further address the questions of whether some employees would be forced to resign or the company would close down. Also, the management would be keen to ensure that everyone is involved in bringing back the company to its position in terms of performance.
The training is important for all the employees. It would be conducted at the outlined venue and the management hopes that everyone would turn up for the event. The trainer, Biff, is one of the most experienced in both accounting and training of employees. Therefore, you are expected to cooperate and avail yourself to the venue on time. The event would be beneficial to your career and enhance your skills. I am looking forward to your presence during the event. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
