Previously I was used to sending information to my friends via letters but nowadays I can send information within a click of a second and get immediate feedback from the same. Furthermore, it’s cheaper to use internet as a means of communication than contacting a particular personnel through phoning. For instance, calling a friend in Australia is more costly than chatting with the persona. In the recent times, E-mail has phased out the use of letters as means of conveying message. I don’t have to spend more on stamps and wait for days as the message is being delivered. Easy access to information from the internet has been an amusing fact to me.
As a scholar, online dictionaries and reference books has minimized and saved my energy as I travel to bookshop or library in search of the same.
