The policy of “what is best for the employees is best for the company and vice versa” do vary from one organization to another due to the variation in the leadership that the organizations have and also the difference in the objectives of the organizations (Brescoll, 2011). Poor leadership in an organization result in poor performance of the employees, and also most organization look into ways in which they can utilize the employees to the maximum but not considering the appreciation of the employees when they make the organization to achieve some of their goals or meet their target (Brescoll, 2011). The variations depend on the type of management of the organization and also the individual perception of doing the best. The definition also depends on the rules and regulations guiding the employees in a given firm. On the other hand, slackers are likely to perceive their best when they are in different condition. To be honest, I hate writing. That’s why when my professor assigned me with coursework, I just took the easy way out and hired StudyZoomer to assist me. I’m absolutely satisfied with the result, no flaws.
