These three words have an unimaginable scope are three these people that can help us grow in different personal and labor areas because thanks to these we can say that we have a goal or an end that we always want to fulfill at the end of the day, but we have to have toOf course each one means and in which it can help us.

The motivation, it could be said that this leads us to fulfill our goals makes us wantEarning money to subsist, having a good motivation helps us every day to overcome more, increase sales, have a good relationship with customers, etc.

To achieve this, it starts from employees, a motivated employee is a happy employee, and this achieves good job performance, there will also be better attention for customers, but this motivation is achieved by a good leader, a person with exceptional leadership who is goingBeyond the everyday, a leader is not only the one who gives orders and Supervisa, a leader is the one who spreads his hands with his classmates, who accompanies them when they have some difficulty. Today many people believe that leader is the one who commands, the one who orders, but not a leader inspires others to wantAnd he is a person who will respect and take into account for each decision making.

A leader is the one who communicates and here we will understand the meaning of the third word, what is communication?.

Communication is about transmitting an idea clearly and concisely, for example, in our business a partner or employee will ask the favor to do something, this person will do it but incorrectly, because there was poor communication.

Good communication is accompanied by something called active listening, this tool helps us clearly receive the information you are transmitting to the other person or receiver of this. Our work environment must be accompanied by these two important concepts since we will make our day more efficient and productive.

A clear communication with our customers will lead to the agreement of many sales for our business, many times customers go to a business and come looking onlyCarrying what they need is because they do not know that they have many options to choose from, this goes through the lack of employee communication to customers.

For example and on many occasions it has happened to me that a customer is only going for a product but I take the trouble to establish a deeper relationship with the client that leads me to identify many of their needs and tastes, which give me an advantage overcommunication with the client and thus have control of it to be able to expand our product catalog which will meet many of their needs.

This also derives in many other profits, such as the dissemination among our customers with other people and thus promote our new products and attract the attention of a new public, aúmenting the sales and profits of our business .

To conclude the idea of a good employee, or a good company must always be constituted by, the motivation, an excellent leader, and a very good communication to achieve the objectives proposed by this same .
