Abstract
Healthcare assessment is one of the improvement that his adopted by most firms to ensure proper service delivery in the healthcare facilities and the management to f the nurses in them. It is one of the areas that provided that service delivery and the quality standard of the services are modern and work towards improvement and ascertaining that there is a consistent trend in the health sector. However, the assessment process of the facilities is one of the challenging issues, especially regarding the formula and agreement on the agreement of the universally accepted standards of reading their level of the service delivered to the patient. In most cases, the use of the patient-centered approach of service delivery becomes one of the assessed areas based on the level of satisfaction received by such patients in addressing their health matters. This research, therefore, investigates the assessment criteria for the health service provision.

Introduction
Healthcare service provision is one of the priorities of a country. It defines the economic and social well-being of a nation and ensures that the effort of the state towards economic advancement is guaranteed. Accessing the healthcare of a country require a serious benchmarking and the general analysis of the progress of the healthcare standards in the country.

This will help n organization to identify the improvement that needs to be carried out to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the service provider of the country The organization must also take a great be willing to allow for improvement in the process of its services(Parahoo, 2014, 20). Even though several types of research on the service provision within healthcare facilities have been published, there are specific areas that have not been explored in the healthcare service delivery. Professionalism among the healthcare providers becomes the fundamental principle that ensures there is progress in the system.
Ensuring proper healthcare service providers in a country requires the establishment of strategies that help to access the different areas of the service provision in significant health facilities. It is necessary to identify the areas of improvements that benefit the nurses in the health facilities to place proper strategies of handling the patients as they ensure a teamwork leadership that puts the management in a student-centered approach (Rivera, 2017, 10). It is for that reason that this research focuses on the assessment strategies that are ideal for healthcare and the need to place them to improve the general health of the population of a country. This assessment is to the international standard and be applied to all healthcare centers (Creswell, 2013, 35). It is based on a qualitative and a quantitative approach that enables the research to explore all the areas in the healthcare and the way to ensure their efficiencies and level of satisfaction obtained from them. The study is also based on the identification of the best approach that is economically viable to a country
