Performance Objective 1: Logistics Planning
I maximized the use of all available airlift assets; contributing to the movement of 138 passengers and cargo for an overall cost-avoidance of 21 million dollars for JIATFS and its Force Providers in FY18 in accordance with performance element number 3 which requires critical thinking. In accordance with performance elements 3, 4, 5, and 6, which require critical thinking, engagement and collaboration, personal leadership and integrity, and technical expertise respectively, I have as a new hire with JIATFS, hit the ground running by taking over all the large aircraft missions and also the getting the smaller aircraft missions when required. In adherence to the first performance element which requires accountability for results, I was responsible for the cost avoidance of 633, 015 dollars for JIATFS and Interagency partners using small military air assets. Once I receive a MILAIR request, I feed into Joint Airlift Logistics Information System and the Single Mobility System within 72 hours of customers’ submissions and complete relevant documentation based upon availability of assets, funding, and legal authority thereby adhering to the second performance element on communication. I coordinate and provide technical support (e.g., diplomatic clearances, loading planning, and flight planning assistance) to MILAIR units providing logistical support for DOD, LEA, DOS, CBP and allied military/civil police agencies participating in JIATFS operations.

I am also coordinating all logistical support, load teams, custom support, hazardous worksheets and aircraft load plans as required by performance elements 3, 4, 5, and 6, which require critical thinking, engagement and collaboration, personal leadership and integrity, and technical expertise respectively.
Performance Objective 2: Coordination and Mission Execution
In line with performance elements 1, 3, and 6, which require accountability for results, critical thinking, and technical expertise, I single-handedly coordinated and monitored the first deployment and redeployment of a GBR out of Senegal, Africa which required two C-17s both ways from CONUS to the continent of Africa and back. Identified and utilized opportunities by immediately deciding to use available resources of already scheduled missions to get parts and equipment shipped to CONUS in less than 48 hours in support of JIATFS CD mission. I also updated the various reports that are required to be submitted in the plans and operations section, such as the DRRS report which shows all airlifts missions, cost avoidances, air drops, parts shipped and passengers that are transported for the month thereby adhering to the second performance element that details communication requirements of defense intelligence employees. In line with the performance elements 1, 3, and 6 which require accountability for results, critical thinking, and technical expertise respectively, I developed the weekly plans and operations updates which show the aircraft missions that are already allocated and the status as it goes from the planning to completion phase and the weekly air movement slide which is a power point presentation of the unit that was selected and the mission routes, cargo and aircraft type sent to USOUTHCOM.
Performance Objective 3: Data, Reporting, and Training Management
Embodied personal leadership and selfless service by volunteering to take over duties as the J4 SAPR VA, also rising to the occasion when requested to teach one of the SAPR VA classes in front of an audition of 20 JIATFS personnel (E1, 5, 6). The JIATFS J4 rep that attends all quarterly Airlift Allocation Planning councils to brief the all the Air Force Reserved Command (AFRC) on the JIATFS counter-drug missions and get air assets allocated for the next 90 days for all our strategic airlift requirements (E1, 5, 6). In addition, I work overtime to plan, execute, and manage JIATFS Aircraft to provide air transport for cargo and passengers with the place, time and mission sensitive and set up training to enhance Search and Rescue capabilities to tenant units. Training promogulate guidance, information, and policy for conduct and administration of OSA (Operation Support Airlift) as well as SAR (search and rescue) flight operations within JIATFS.
