Nursing Scholarship
Nursing has been my ideal career since I was young. I do not consider nursing just as a job or a career for me, but I feel like it is a calling. I am an LPN currently enrolled at CCBC and Frostburg for their ATB program. I am a nurturer by nature, and I feel that the nursing career would give me an opportunity to help and care for other people. I have been to the hospital several times, and I got to experience the best treatment and care from the nurses that took care of me. I am determined to be a nurse so that I can give back to the society. I am not able to pay for the tuition fees since I do not have a stable source of income. A scholarship would be very helpful to me as it would make my dream come true.
Education is imperative to me as it will open many doors regarding opportunities. Higher levels of education will increase my skills and knowledge so that I can deliver the best services to patients. I am determined to pursue this career and be the best nurse that I can be. Becoming a nurse will make me be a person of assurance to patients. Additionally, it will help me be a promoter and champion of health at a time when patients cannot attend to themselves. I believe that a nurse has to be compassionate and committed fully to the careers. This career would fit me perfectly, and I intend to become the best nurse ever so that I can make a big difference in a patient’s life.

Becoming a nurse is my dream and my goal. I want to be a nurse that can top most on by patients. A nursing scholarship would, therefore, play a critical role in helping me hone my medical skills as well as knowledge so that I can stay on topmost of every single imaginable medical option. I love to help people so that they can feel better and a nursing scholarship would ensure that this desire is fulfilled.
A scholarship is imperative to me because it will ease the burden of buying textbooks that I will need during my study. It will also assist in covering other expenses such as uniforms that are necessary but costly. A scholarship will assist me greatly since I will have more time to spend with my 11-year twin daughters since I will not have to work multiple jobs to pay school fees. It will also allow me to do more of community service. A scholarship will assist me financially as I will not have to borrow loans to finance my education. Being a parent and having a small job to sustain us, I feel strapped financially. A scholarship would, therefore, serve as a financial aid that is dearly need. I would appreciate the scholarship extraordinarily as it would come to my rescue.
When I am awarded this scholarship, I will inevitably study with much effort, hard work and commitment to ensure that I become a professional in this field. I will spend the entire time dedicated to this career. I will use every resource availed to me well so that I can become a role model for others that want to join nursing school. I will ensure that the scholarship will help me accomplish my vision.
