PayPal is one of the best cyber merchant websites in the world. This cyber merchant lets people and business to make online transactions anywhere in the world. I have used this site many times to buy things for online and physical stores. Furthermore, PayPal enables me to send any amount of money to my family and friends anywhere in the world at a reasonable fee. Additionally, this cyber merchant offers fast and reliable money transfers that take only a few seconds to a few minutes. One can also link PayPal with their bank account, which makes it easy to makes transactions and increases the safety of one’s money as well.
PayPal offers a variety of payment methods that suit the needs of individual customers. These methods include bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal credit. Each payment method has its unique features and advantages. Furthermore, PayPal keeps track of your transactions activities and make it available to you all the time. This helps me to keep track of my spending and manage my expenses efficiently. Some of the merchant services PayPal offers include web payments, in-person payments, credit services, online invoicing, and industrial solutions among others (Trautman, 9).
PayPal is considered a non-banking institution since it does engage in fractional-reserve banking. Instead, it is registered as a money transmitter, which means that it is the subject to some of the rules and regulation governing the financial sector.
