Role of Class in American History
The Bank of the United States raised suspicion of political corruption regarding money, and President Andrew Jackson blamed the bank for the Panic of 1819. President Jackson declined to endorse the bill with a message that made some Americans accused him of dictatorship. The paper seeks to discuss the role of class in early American History; it also aims to determine whether level was the significant factor in early American life and politics.
Apart from foreigners, the few individuals with class, especially the rich, held big stock in the United States banks. Furthermore, the few stockholders of the banks are people of the class who have power while the humble members did not find profit in the banks (Richardson 576). These individuals caused distress in the country as well as in the institutions, more specifically, to the low-class levels. Additionally, people of the rich and powerful class made laws with selfish ambitions in which they primarily came up with bank regulations that only cater for their interest. Moreover, the society’s humble members only enjoyed limited favors from the Government and conceived its abuses.
Undoubtedly, the class is one of the main factors in the life and politics of early American history due to the existence of power and injustice. For instance, the wealthiest and powerful people oppressed the low-class citizens. More so, political and governmental policies have been manipulated by the powerful people to favor themselves, hence, resulting in miserable life for the low class.

More importantly, the class determined the state of life for both the rich and the poor class individuals concerning the early American history. Ultimately, politics in early America was controlled by the rich who made legal laws profit themselves.
