Business has been the pinnacle of the world’s top economy and a measure of development in any country. Over the years, it has revolutionized, and nowadays, it is not just running a business that is critical to the people, many elements come into play. Globalization has taken the world of business, and many opportunities lie in specializing in catering for the market gap created. I have devoted almost my entire life to learning how to make a good business manager. And in the process, I have experienced frequent outburst; for the reason that doing business is not just a straightforward career opportunity, at various point of time I could not understand why some businesses close before they could make it while others are thriving in success and going international. It is not an easy task dissecting all the variables. The journey does not just lie in learning the theory; practice makes a perfect business manager.
My educational and family background had an extreme effect on my interest and development and consequently influenced me to decide to pursue the Masters in Business Management at the University of Birmingham. I have been fortunate enough to be raised in abundant family businesses that have shaped my take on business issues. Many say the business blood runs in our veins, but I also understand that determination and perseverance are key. The more I learn about an issue, the more I am determined to get to know more and in depth of what is taking place.

My family running several businesses in the town has given me the opportunity to have a hands-on aspect of what I study. And I can assure that my flourish in academic rigor comes in hand with the skills. Undertaking the course at the institution will take both my knowledge and skills to another level. My passion, stead and willingness to learn will act as a drive to overcome any obstacle that I may experience in the way.
I grew up with the knowledge that business has been ingrained in our veins and I am motivated to succeed my parent and take the business to another level; expand it to all the corner of the country and make it an international organization. My parents are as well advising me in every step of the way to realize both their dreams and mine. Undoubtedly, I have inspiration running down from successful young entrepreneurs in the country. How they work from scratch to become such successful business managers, astounds me, and I too must work to my best level to become an accomplished business manager.
With the rise in technology, I have learned to use technology as a tool for success. I have been able to handle meetings on behalf of my father and at the same time administer duties to the worker while I am away from the family business. I believe such a technology that allows business to go on successfully can be used to realize a great potential despite the absence of the physical appearance (Burns 183). Over time I have tried to learn this art and having seen that the university explore more of such is a great sense of satisfaction that I will be able to learn more than even I expected. Learning new things continues to play an enormous role in my daily affairs and an opportunity granted will be taken with much gratitude. I have such a great interest in global business since I believe through it we can create a level ground full of opportunities even to the most underdeveloped countries.Work Cited
