Politics in Spain

Introduction

Although the three articles want to transmit more or less the same message, the article from 11 m to 17 A focuses on ideas and facts a bit different. The objective is to inform ourselves not so much of what happened in the world, but of what happened in Spain and what terrorist attacks have had a great negative effect in the country.

It is considered that the first jihadist attack in Spain was the attack of the restaurant El Resto on April 12, 1985. Likewise, great consequences had two other attacks: on the one hand, the attack of March 11, 2004 in which some bombs placed in trains killed 191 people in Madrid, and, on the other hand, the attacks of Catalonia of August 17, 2017, a series of terrorist attacks that produced many dead and injured. All these attacks were related to jihadist organizations and religion occupied a main place in the roots of the attacks.

Everything that happened leads to the conclusion that the attackers showed their hatred to non -Muslims. Although there are numerous organizations fighting terrorism, and in Europe, both in Spain, the end of jihadism has not yet arrived.

Developing

Through this summary we were able to identify the general message behind the given articles, but now comes the most important question: “Is the press trying to spread its propaganda among citizens or not?"We already know that propaganda consists of the expression of opinions or actions to influence the opinions and actions of other people or other groups.

Wait! Politics In Spain paper is just an example!

Taking this into account, it can be concluded that these articles are propaganda in some way. It is true that we can also talk about the propaganda that the jihadist world tries to spread, using the internet and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Social networks serve to attract Muslim people who would like to join terrorist groups. These tools help them not only attract members, but also to share their message that Muslims must be united and that their religion is the key to acceptance and integration.

The followers of the Islamic are united by their shared ideology and according to many investigations this becomes radical recruitment, as well as HELLO in the first article. In this case we can talk about religious propaganda, because the ultimate goal is to mobilize a Muslim group to act in a specified way, that is, follow the ideology that the leaders of the terrorist organization are promoting.

From another point of view we can analyze the propaganda that the press wants to impose, using the techniques of different journalists. Until recently, television and newspapers were the main sources of propaganda statements. However, in recent years the Internet is replacing these channels and is the most popular means to make propaganda public. The online press is important because the most current news and themes spread daily through them.

The issuing subject, in this case El País and BBC Mundo, have been responsible for preparing messages to give information to people and at the same time to influence. Initially the propaganda in the texts has its origin in religion, but in my opinion it has become political propaganda. Propaganda in the news is a type of covert propaganda as credible news, but without sufficient transparency on the source of the news and the motivation behind its launch. The transparency of the source is a critical parameter to distinguish between propaganda in traditional news and press releases.

When reading the theory, I am increasingly convinced that it is a political propaganda imposed by people from the superior power. In this case, I can not be sure if the opinions in the texts belong to the authors or are opinions of other people behind. In addition, if we analyze the texts more deeply, the words that are being used attract us attention and could teach that the issuer wants to expand their power and divide people into two groups: Muslims and non -Muslims.

The following phrases captured my attention: "Terrorist threat", "a band of common common criminals", "Moroccan immigrants", "proof of their hatred of non -Muslim", "identity crisis among young Muslims", "there were noParty as fans "," The way to a more radical aspect of Islam ", etc. All these phrases sound very negative and are used in a specified way, as if the author had the intention of separating the world into two, putting religion in the foundation of all conflicts and attacks.

conclusion

Finally, if I have to relate the articles to my personal reflection, with certainty I can say that jihad is a very controversial issue. Currently the propaganda in the news is usually used for different reasons, including governance, political or ideological motivations. Taking into account all the wars that happened, I can conclude that everything focuses on politics and maintaining power. Therefore, it could never be sure if the information that the press gives us is correct and reasonable.

It is that in my country of Bulgaria origin the news is full of black propaganda and you cannot trust the information, because the press is controlled of the political parties, so that they can control people and their opinion. That is why it is very difficult for people to create and trust the journalists who write the reports and the issuers that publish them later.
