It is held February every year at Walnut Creek club. The primary objective of the organization is to meet the needs that are not met by other charitable organization in the society.
A survey on community needs assessment was conducted in schools, churches, and the city as well the local groups so that the Mansfield Cares group can be aware of the needs which are unmet in the society (Epstein, 2010). After the tallying, the organization started working on the strategic planning of how to meet the needs identified during the surveying process. Through the hard work, long working hours, as well as the donation, has enabled the organization to meet the needs.
Politically, the government has overlooked the less fortunate people in the society. The needy in the community is only looked upon when the leaders are looking for votes. The government has failed to offer proper health centers, education facility among other social amenities to the poor in the society. Due to political powers, some of the leaders provide donations only when they are conducting their campaigns.
The economic, political, social, as well as technological factors that are likely to influence our clients are as follows. Social factors such as wealth, religion and family have significantly changed the type of food the clients are feeding on. The social classes have dramatically affected the less fortunate people in the society (Epstein, 2010). Through the survey of the client’s needs, it is clear that most of them could not meet the basic needs such as food, shelter, and clothing. On the other hand, the wealthy family and various religious organization have dramatically assisted the organization regarding donation. The less fortunate people in the community are affected economically by factors such as interest rates, taxes; government policy as well as labor cost. Due to high inflation, the prices of the commodities go high in that the ordinary people are unable to cope with the high standard of living. Secondly, most of them rely on casual labors which they sometimes lack thus making it hard for them to receive some of the services such as health, better housing, and food.
The rise of technology in the contemporary world favors the productive and successful people. The poor people due to lack of finances they are finding hard to cope with the technology-driven economy. The technology tends to widen the gap between the rich and the less fortunate in the society. For instance, the introduction of computers, as well as the robots in an industry set up, have replaced many semi-skilled workers who happen to be the less fortunate while, on the other hand, boosting the potency of specialized workers this leading to the increase of the gap.
Mansfield Cares organization is an all-around organization meant to satisfy the needs of less fortunate in the society. Most of our clients are too obsessed with the native language that they cannot communicate in any other language. Thus it becomes had for the Mansfield Cares organization to cater for their need appropriately.

The organization has also published an area of Mansfield Guide that has enhanced services delivery to the community. The directly comprises the information of the available resources in the society. Thus enabling the Mansfield Cares organization to outreach department capabilities, through helping to synergism the society’s outreach aims as well as the financial assistance.

In the year 2008, the organization started up a school supplier in Erma Nash Elementary in conjunction with the PTA councils as well as the counselors from the MISD School.

Though it was the most challenging undertaking the organization managed to achieve its objective. Some of the volunteering doctors sacrificed their time to assist the financially unstable people who needed dental, optical as well as medical care.
The organization has partnered with other organization such as Common Ground Network and Wesley Mission Center to enhance the funding of the various local food storerooms. The partnership has enabled the organization to expand the food initiative. The Harvesting International Ministries helps in the operation of the food bank warehouses (Roakes, & Norris-Tirrell, 2000).
