Safety and Health Recognition
A sign of relief is always experienced when the safety of an individual is guaranteed in all perspectives. However, when that safety is ignored, and the person is predisposed to various hazards, the sign of relief changes to anxiety. An individual can become anxious due to lack of safety. This study explains the emerging strategies for coming with safety and health recognition measures. The study will explain the methods used to describe these safety recognition measures.
One of the strategies that are emerging in the construction of security and health recognition is the hazard identification and evaluation strategy. According to the health and safety journal, workers are mandated to identify the hazards that exist in the workplace. The employees have a vast scope of experience in their different workplaces, and as case, they can use such knowledge and experience to identify which action can expose them to hazards (Choi 54). They use their free time to educate new employees since the safety concern is an individual role. After identifying the hazard, the strategy continues to reveal how the employees can evaluate the hazard and know how to prevent the hazard from becoming an accident. The strategy has been found useful especially in the construction industry where many predisposing factors can lead to an accident. The strategies depend mostly on the worker’s experience and knowledge for it to work effectively.
Another sort of strategy that is highlighted in the safety journal is the causation models strategy.

Wait! Safety and Health Recognition paper is just an example!

The causation model strategy involves identifying the causes of health hazards and then formulating a method to mitigate these causes. The models were formulated to identify the hazards. The models helped to expound on the topic of the causes of the accident and then after comprehending the causes a preventive strategy was put in place. Some of the preventive strategies include training the workforce and having a timely response to the accidents (Choi 31). The plan worked effectively in the construction industry as it helped the workforce to know how to respond to the certain cause of accidents.
The hazard identification board is construction safety and health recognition. The board helps to identify hazards in the construction industry. The board identifies the hazards that can predispose workers to an accident. After determining the hazard, in the point of departure, they help the organization on how to curb the risks and prevent the accident from occurring (Choi 47). The strategy relies heavily on the how proactive the board is in identifying the hazards. The more active the hazard identification board is, the less the number of accidents in the construction industry; this reduction is what is what the board aims at. According to the journal on safety and health, the hazard identification board should be under the national construction authority as the construction industry is the one that is more prone to hazards and control measure depends on the workers.
Safety recognition is an important aspect of our life. In the journal of safety and health, various individuals are spending day and night trying to get more information and to come up with safety coping strategies. The emerging strategies that have been discussed have helped to mitigate hazards in the construction industry. Some of the strategies have been specifically tailored for the construction industry but can also be applied in other areas. For instance, the hazard identification and evaluation plan was tested and formulated in the construction sector settings. The building industry is one of the most common industry regarding accidents. Therefore, there is a need to come up with a better safety recognition strategy for the construction sector.
