About my academic life, I attended local primary and high schools where regardless of the initial challenges, I managed to finish and proceed to a tertiary institution. Tertiary education was obtained from Lone Star College whereby I graduated with an associate degree in 2018 and immediately enrolled for my bi-color degree in Business Administration. From 2011 to June 2018, I was attached to a public school as an Accountant Payable Specialist where I was assigned the above-noted duties.
Why you should receive a scholarship and how it would benefit your academic career.
As noted above, my primary and secondary education was characterized by different challenges which I was able to overcome. In every obstacle that arises in my quest to be educated, I dedicate my energy and time to surmount it. I have travelled a rough road to attaining the education that I have today, and as such, I believe that if I were given a scholarship opportunity, I would equally emerge a winner. Besides, I have always envisioned pursuing a degree in Business Administration which I am committed to coming out as a victorious student.
I believe that gaining knowledge and skills in Business Administration will augment the skills that I acquired while working as an accountant. For instance, I will endeavor to collaborate with my faculty members and mentors assigned to me which will hence contribute to the growth of different stakeholders both professionally and scholarly (Dailey & Hauschild-Mork 65).

Studying this business major will therefore distinctly shape my leadership skills which are requisite in any profession.
Through my past academic qualifications, work experience, leadership skills, and communication skills, I believe that the scholarship will shape my professional life through proper utilization of resources, time management and commitment to duties which will I will be assigned both in the class setup and in non-academic areas. My consistency in academic and professional responsibilities will significantly ensure that investing your resources by awarding me a scholarship will be an investment in the future of humanity.
