Roles
Parent plays an active role in supporting children in education. They provide basic needs to children in the process of development. Coordinate operations in the home by assigning every member with responsibility. Parent makes decisions in many families issues. Educate and guide children to behave in a certain way. I learned the following lesson from these roles. First, a parent is the head of the family in many ways. Second, the decision of the parent is final. Third, the parent has some skills and information about guiding one’s behaviors. Also, the parent is the critical aspect of the education system of the child.

left276860Experienced some conflicts when trying to be the employee and at the same time being the parent. Parent are challenged with the responsibility of taking care of children while they are still working. In many cases, I experience some conflict in work when I arrive late due to many home responsibility. The conflict arises since I have two set status.
The conflict was addressed through the agreement process. My employer and I discussed parental responsibilities in the home about work activities. We reach an agreement based on individual requirements. The employer gave me a second chance to since I have never arrived late. This helped me to work on that day normally. My listening skills involve being attentive to my employer, I maintained eye contact, I was very open-minded, and I avoided interruption in the process of discussion. This helped in proposing a good solution.
