Intro/Challenge: Thank you, Gemini. I would like to commence by stating that the crucial problem which is that Microsoft has been found to be unable to produce a market-leading smartphone. Forbes, Christopher Versace endorses the fact that younger generations opt to use innovative computational devices which are advanced to perform most of their tasks. Unfortunately, currently, Microsoft has not produced any phones with such functionalities.
Challenge: Steve Ranger who works at ZDnet, posits that even though Microsoft tried to employ developers who develop smartphones with advanced computational abilities, their efforts bore no fruits.
Problem/Cause: The problem emanates from the fact that the developers were unable to design programs that aligned with the operating systems of their smartphones.
Social Problem (SI): As you all know, Microsoft has the ability to develop smartphones of high quality. The company has managed to produce quality products, and it is on the verge of fixing this.

Solution: The specialists should ensure that they design the programs in a manner that they align with the OS of the phones. It will be easy to update the OS and therefore fix the various bugs.

Solution/ Cause: Updating the operating system of the smartphone will lead to successful fixation and hence elimination of the bugs (Kumar and Udupa 125).
Social Solution: The professional developers will work together towards designing an advanced program which can be compatible with Microsoft’s smartphone.
