Issues identified
Lack of a universal insurance cover
Increased cases of infectious diseases
Hospital-acquired infections
List of stakeholders involved based on the above healthcare problems
Patients
Healthcare professionals
The government
Insurance providers
The above represents a list of all the stakeholders that healthcare management has to deal with and cooperate with for the development of solutions to the problems described above. Lack of an adequate universal insurance cover is a significant problem that affects the management of health institutions, and this is because of lack of proper payment of the health services some patients receive. Health care is expensive but very necessary for all people. Without adequate insurance, patients get into conflict with healthcare management because of their inability to pay for the services received. Better collaboration between the government, healthcare management, insurance providers and the patients can be very beneficial and instrumental in developing solutions to the problem (Health Care Reform: Duties and Responsibilities of the Stakeholders, 2011).
The second problem involves increased hospital-acquired infections which are also related to increased infections. Hospital-acquired infections are infections that originate from hospitals. It is a problem that is highly representative of the management problems in hospitals caused by negligence, lack of efficiency and lack of accountability in healthcare facilities.

Wait! Stakeholders paper is just an example!

It is a problem that significantly affects patients and is a reflection of the lack of cooperation between management and health care professionals regarding proper systems of operation, proper communication, and a good working environment.
Healthcare management plays a central role when it comes to cooperation with stakeholders. They are, therefore, tasked with the responsibility of coordinating activities between them to ensure that hospitals and other healthcare facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
