The differences of nationalities regarding dress code violations, academic success, and productivity during study hall.
From the survey, the Russian speakers have a lower likelihood of violating their dress code than people from the other nationality. Eighty percent of the Russians do not violate dress code while 73% of the non-Russians are involved. Besides, the Saudi Arabians have a more like hood of violating such rules, as their dress code is often specific. The Spaniards also have a lower extent of violation of the dress codes among the non-Russians. In fact, all the population of the Spaniards from the studies stated they never violate the dress code. Most of those who violated the dress codes did so probably because they were uncomfortable with rules that limit their freedom and comfort. The cultural backgrounds of the students thus affect the mode of dressing they prefer to dress. The discipline of the Saudi Arabians is thus at a lower level than that of the others when it comes to matters of dressing. Regarding academics, 30% of the Russians and 38% of the non-Russians believe they spend most of their time productively. The Russians feel more at home and are bound to be distracted by other issues that they have back at home. However, the overall response from the survey on this question proves that most of the students do spend their time productively even if it is only to some extent. The Russians, Lithuanians and Ukrainians are the most productive with their time.

Wait! The impact of cultural background on discipline paper is just an example!

Their performance is thus expected to be better off than that of most of the other students. The hardworking nature of the stated nationalities can be associated with the cultural of hard work that has been developed from their home nations. As such, it can be shown that cultural background has a role to play in the discipline of the students regarding their productive time usage.
The second body paragraph is about looking at the differences regarding the smoking/drinking violations
The survey proved that only 10% of the non-Russian and 30% of the Russian drink at school. In this light, the proportion demonstrates that most of the students only consume alcohol and smoke when not under close supervision that is the case at home. Moreover, the Russians consumption at home and school is the same. The main reason for the submissiveness of the foreigners is the fear of the consequences that may result. However, the locals are less fearful of their consequences of their actions. They are also more aware of the means that can be used to hide their practice from the authority. Besides, the Italians are more submissive, and they hardly drink or smoke at school. It could be taken to mean that smoking is not common among the Italians even back at their home country. Students from Ukraine, Lithuanian, Brazil, and America also have a tendency to smoke at school. On the other hand, those from England, Taiwanese, Korea, and Japan among other nations do not drink nor smoke at all. The cultural background of the students can thus be said to have an influence in the smoking and drinking habits they proceed to practice at school and home.
How often are you punctual for classes at LAS?
In the survey, it was proved that the most punctual nationalities are those from Russia, Australia, Norway, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Denmark. The punctuality of the Russians can be associated with the fact that they are more conversant with their environment. Besides, 45% of the Russians are often punctual while 43% of the non-Russians are associated with punctuality too. On the other hand, 10% of the Russians are also often late comers. The non-Russians thus appear to be more submissive to the punctuality issue than the Russians are as they are in their country. The Kazakh nationalities are the least punctual members among the different nationalities represented. The lack of punctuality among the Kazakh can thus be associated with their cultural background back at their home. Furthermore, the Malaysians can be shown to bear the characteristics of both punctuality and lateness. In their response, most of them stated they are sometimes punctual without the selection of any other alternative. It can thus mean that their country has both aspects of punctuality and lateness.
Conclusion
The survey proves several issues as discussed. The cultural background of the individual students plays an essential role in influencing their discipline and their mode of living in the school. While some behaviors such as drinking alcohol and smoking are mainly practiced in places far away from supervision others continues to trend regardless of the location such as the dress code. On the other hand, the productivity of some of the students could be associated with the culture of hard work of the nations that they come from. In this light, there is a need to ensure that cultural backgrounds and once nationality does not affect the way in which institutions with multicultural students are managed.
