But it is not enough to say that we are sustainable, we must prove it. And for that different types of international certifications have emerged that ensure compliance with rules in which dozens of parameters have been reviewed to create the strictest standards.

Today, in Peru this issue is spoken of due to the problem of the environment, it should be emphasized that sustainability, as an architectural philosophical form is used by different architects worldwide, so that several countries have already adopted that solution for care forof the environment, Peruvians are staying at the end of the tunnel, because we still do not start this architectural philosophy as a way of life. It is absurd to emphasize the architectural aspect without talking about the "humanism" of this spontaneous architecture, which promotes daily life forms well above the levels of satisfaction of the world average.

The traditions and customs that, since the time of the conquest inherited our ancestors, have been simply as the basis of the architectural urban development of the present. It is important to know that, the simpler the structure is, it has a meaning, a custom and a tradition that makes it unique and interesting . And it is also important to know what type of cultural identity has the aforementioned area, this city still has a lot to offer in many ways.

We talk about knowledge, "I think then I exist". We refer to a healthy environment such as that of a sustainable city in the 21st century, which despite the problems that exist always gives a reason, that reason is the change of habit that we all should and we can have to better and be able to replace whatNegative for the positive, and thus better the environment, in recent years, concern about the development of a friendly architecture to the environment with the issue of climate change, the energy crisis, the environmental crisis in general, whatwhich has made a current arise that is aimed on recognition that the development of architectural proposals must contemplate sustainable considerations. The need to make an architecture that integrates to nature is already an obligation to mitigate the great problems of the 21st century, the global climatic and energy crisis.

We stop sides many materials under construction already usual to use sustainable materials (many years and rarely maintenance) that can be reused, recycled or recovered, we have gone through fundamental technological changes in the development of obtaining materials from various uses,since long ago. The rural populations were achieved in the vicinity of their urban settlements, with a low impact on the local territory, then, with more powerful and efficient means of extraction and elaboration, and more accessible means of transport, the production of materials became an activity in an activityhigh impact.

Naturalism as a philosophy, exposes an accurate, absolute and reliable interpretation of reality but, highlighting as a whole that nature is the principle of everything that is real and existing. It is there that sustainability ceases to be something unreal to become something that today can help us improve the environment and functionality of cities, it means that it will provide contributions with accurate results for the architecture of the 21st century, which improves andwill evade to infinity.

Analyzing today’s architecture, it is easy to show its much more aesthetic forms, but we will immediately notice the lack in its architectural composition that is not very well developed, due to lack of creativity, because in universities students teach students to conceptualize free ways, teachTo fly with the imagination, and this teaching does not commune with reality, because universities do not contact the city, and this void creates the distancing of the assessment of the villager to accept the incorporation of new forms of sustainable urban architecture in the centuryXXI. The national and regional identity of various countries and regions, create true conflicts and are the cause of the urban delay when it does not interact with civil society, since it is not allowed to project something that does not have a form in its history, and this stops the Creativity of the new generations, the 21st century is the Modern Age, and has to sustain a more complex, more striking architecture, not a solid and volumetory architecture with little aesthetic movement, if not sustaining a relationship of computer principles that factor the society With the respective volumes, and demonstrate that architecture can be obtained, without destroying or minimizing the identity of its history or its lozization, in Peru, the lack of national identity in its architecture, sets the basis for the development of a sustainable urbanisms In the 21st century, capable of changing life in cities, its rugged topography offers a permanent challenge and offers us the possibility and satisfaction to create a unique architecture in the world.Architecture also seeks to fix the social relationship problem so that the 21st century has a better architectural aspect, and is more sustainable to man architecture symbiosis.

Currently, man’s philosophical vision in his diverse architectural styles changed;The technology applied to architecture improves the quality of life of people, and in the architectural aspect it offers substantial improvements in people’s quality of life.
