In this intervention we will seek a problem that is against the principles, values and military ethics that affect our “glorious national army” institution in the same way we will raise a possible solution. Already having been clear this important concept we can realize that ethics is involved in all our actions, either towards our fellow or the same state as such. In our institution we have a great problem, and it is corruption either in the management of money, administrative procedures or the same personnel management, and things happen and happen and nobody says anything or take greater action regarding how to prevent this from thishappen.

We could clearly see that military ethics is totally absent, in these times of constant evolution and progress it is necessary that the ethical principles and values remain intact in the face of any dishonorable act that may arise, we are not and we can not allow more scandals of thischaracter or perishable to the inclement wishes of those who want to make us see how the bad. While we all know that the right act is instilled from our homes.

And this is how an ethical character is formed that will help the men of the future to do the right thing and therefore to a stable society. Why do our men and women of the National Army incur these actions appointed above? The institution is incorporating non -ideal personnel to fulfill such prestigious work as serving, its people and their nation, in my personal concept it would believe that the vast majority are people of good.

People of good homes with principles and values who did not intend to reach the institution to profit at this. We currently live in a superficial society, which has generated a kind of social prototypes that go to easy life and appearances and it is here where I would believe that our men and women are failing.

Since they are easily seduced by this lifestyle that appears to provide happiness, on many occasions in the search for social acceptance of a certain group our men make financial mistakes, and when these errors pass their collection account they look for erroneous alternatives such as thePatrimonial detriment that is evidently an action that goes against military ethics. The National Army must take forceful actions against those who violate these norms so that those who think of following the steps of these individuals would aware of what they are going to do is fine or not, and for all those personnel who are beingincorporating an exhaustive analysis in order to avoid bad additions, in addition to this training its staff through chairs conferences on military ethics,
