This is how these three leaders of that time have to meet to plan the world postwar; This event was known as the Yalta Conference, which lasted 8 days (from February 4 to 11, 1945). Although this conference was also considered the beginning of the Cold War.

Stalin; As host of the conference, he took care that the experience of his political counterparts was unforgettable starting to take them to Yalta on a long path where the ruins caused by war were seen, this with the aim of generating a guilt towards the Two other leaders. However, at the time of arriving at the destination, they were taken to splendid mansions with a good landscape where many people used to go vacation, and even found the favorite drinks of each person, because Stalin wanted to soften his reception with the stay with the stay.

It is important to mention that all leaders negotiated together with their advisors and diplomatic agents to reach agreements for the benefit of each nation.

Although it was thought that it would be a “friendly meeting”, it was on the second day of the meeting when the tension between the leaders was increased, especially with Stalin, because who wanted the Soviet Union to have more resources to resurface and Churchill wanted to have allies that, although they had not participated so much in the war at least shared ideologies and from there could be strengthened.

Personal contribution

I consider that the objective of this video is to show us the importance of diplomacy between states when negotiating situations that may have a long -term impact. We are also shown that it is well seen that someone regardless of the belief he has, can also understand the ideas of others and that he always worries about wanting things as civilized as possible, because that is a mature and formal way that speaks Well of someone as a person and by entity it demonstrates that their state is rich in humility and values. And this can lead to great advantages when you want to negotiate to achieve goals that benefit economically and socially, also when you want to make your own point of view that can be taken into account by others. Despite the tensions and demands that are generated internally and externally, you must always think with the cold head so as not to make precipitated decisions that in the end are more benefit to a second or third.
