The triple aim framework is a health policy that has been adopted across the USA many healthcare organizations and federal agencies. They are not three separate goals, but instead, they aim work in unison with each other and may affect the way the others are applied. Below are the examples of how each aim works in the new health system in the country.
Improving the patient experience of care (Aim #1)
Aim one focuses on developing the knowledge of the patient in the health facilities through a provision of a patient-centered treat and comfort in the health facilities (Obucina et al., 2018). It achieves this through a proper service provision that aims to give attention to each patient at the minimal cost possible. However, this may affect aim three of reducing the capacity cost of health provision since with the care provided; there is a likelihood of increasing the staffing of nurses to give the attention needed which demand high per capita cost
Improve the health of populations (Aim #2)
Improving the health of the community has called for expanding the health facilities and enhancing access to such health facilities to all the American society. This is achieved through the affordable care act where the government is in charge of the service provided through an affordable insurance scheme. Moreover, it is a way of accomplishing the aim one which targets providing the best experience for the patient through the accessibility of the services by the population.

The reduction of the per capita cost of health provision has been achievable in the country through the adoption of the modern technologies of electronic health record that has helped to increase efficiencies and reduced cost of operating the health sector. However, it is affected by the highly demanding cost of increased staffing to provide adequate attention to the increased population health as established in aim 1
