I settled on the picture with the description of guns because it focuses on humanity (College Composition II, 2015). The picture I settled on gives visual information on how society fails to make a positive influence in the world we live. The society finds it the easiest to capture guns and any other items associated with destruction. In the current society, many people suffer and end up dying because they lack the physical health that they require for their survival. When they seek for possible help and assistance, the society turns them down simply because they have no assurance that they require for the society to consider them. The picture above is, therefore, a typical example of visual argument focusing on humanity in an ideal society.
However, in the event a person feels like they need a gun, they can as well visit their local bank to purchase one like in the Columbine documentary. The argument portrays the society as backward based on what they view or consider better for the society (Joly, 1993). The society does not recognize what is better and human for them like realizing the help to survive. The general take on the right sense of humanity in an ideal society is a practice expected to be constructive and not constructive. The visual argument is the reality that we experience in the society.
There are special arguments that make it convincing. The advertisement for guns is very visible and attractive and the door to purchase them is also wide open.

Wait! Visual Argument focusing on humanity paper is just an example!

The guns are readily available right on the ground floor with notices welcoming people to buy. The guns are also strategically displayed with arrows directions to the shop. This will convince the reader that as for guns, the society allows them to buy with no restrictions withstanding the fact that these are destructive items. The sing placed right towards the door, “come right in” enables the reader to understand how easy it is to get guns.
On the other hand, the accessibility to mental health care is very complicated. The visual argument brings out several steps that you must climb to reach the mental health care. The difficulty in accessing the mental health care as portrayed in the visual argument reflects the how the ideal picture of the society. Unlike the contrary case of guns, there are no directions whatsoever pointing the direction of the mental care facility. Also, the welcoming notices are also not in place. The open door as witnessed in the initial scenario does not exist. The only thing one can see is the numerous steps ahead before one can access the services of mental care.
The way on how the cartoons about the accessibility of mental care have been placed makes a strong visual argument. Images are taken high by the crazy staircase. The staircase is assumed to be leading to a psychiatrist. The way the drawn images are angled (placed) on the top of the staircase is an indication that the top where the psychiatrist is further away and also unattainable.
My position is that the society should turn back and embrace the opposite on what the picture portrays. The rationale behind my position is that the society can only move forward when we embrace and support constructive practices. The picture with gun description is an indication of war in the society which has never had any good in the history of the past.
