Buddhism teachings
Buddha implies the awakened one. Budha was an exceptional man who discovered ways that one can walk provided one become inclined. Buddhism stands for the avoidance of any evil, cultivating good and the need for heart purification. Buddhism highly values virtues such as kindness, giving, patience, and kindness. Buddhism in a substantial way stresses on self-reliance and advocates for self-testing or questioning towards a particular thing. It is the Buddha himself who asked his followers to question and test before believing. Buddhism believes and teaches the following doctrines which include; chain of causation, three signs of being, and four noble truths of suffering, the noble eightfold path, and three fires. Buddhism teaches to bring the same awakening Buddha achieved to its followers through the transformation of passions and heart and letting go of selfishness (Smith 210).
Hinduism teachings
Hinduism offers several lessons to its believers. First, Hinduism teaches about the presence of God. Hinduism believes that there is God present in all beings. Therefore, the religious teachings according to this belief are that it is not right to hurt another person because there is God in him. Another lesson of Hinduism is equality. Hinduism believes that soul is eternal and immortal. The justice of human in Hinduism religion is brought out by the fact that they believe that the soul has no gender.

It is neither female nor male (Smith 37).
Another significant teaching of Hinduism is on birth. Hinduism religion believes that one is born because of unfulfilled desires and according to Karma; these desires occurred in past life. The teaching brings about respect on one’s life. Life is precious and no one should take it away apart from the maker. Hinduism teachings advocate for one to follow Righteousness and stand for the truth. The Hindu believes in the existence of no other high Dharma than Ahimsa. The belief teaches and supports non-violence practices by taking non-violence ways as the only way of righteousness. More so, Hinduism teachings include minding of other people and beings welfare by praying for them and offering help (Smith 40).
Differences between Hinduism and Christianity
One significant difference in the Christianity and Hinduism religions is that Christianity believes in one mighty God in three persons while Hinduism believes in many gods who happens to be a manifestation of one omnipotent power and god. Christianity religion does not evolve while Hinduism religion continues to grow. The fact that Hinduism lacks a point in time on when it began or when its practices first started makes it a religion that continues to evolve. Another difference between Christianity and Hinduism religions is that Hinduism recognizes and tolerates Christianity. Christianity, on the other hand, considers any other type of worship not approved by Bible as a sin. More so, Christianity believes in a final judgment day where everyone will answer on his deeds before God while Hinduism thinks that it is person’s individual karma that judges and punishes his believer (Smith 336).
Differences between Buddhism and Christianity
Christianity believes in the life and teachings of Jesus Christ while Buddhism centers its beliefs upon the teachings and the life of Gautama Buddha. Buddhism does not believe in one supreme creator which makes it a nontheistic religion while Christianity believes in Christ the son of God making it a monotheistic religion. Life after birth happens to be also a major issue of the difference between Buddhism and the Christianity. Buddhism believes that human being remains in an endless cycle of rebirth after death which only gets broken after attaining nirvana. Christianity, on the other hand, believes in eternal life after death in Heaven or Hell. More so, Christians believe and take marriage as a Holly sacrament while Buddhism does not consider marriage as a religious duty (Smith 360).
