What is Philosophy?Philosophy is the fundamental pursuit of knowledge, reality, truth, and existence. It also means the study of some theoretical base of certain experience and knowledge as perceived by man. Epistemology is an investigation that is aimed at establishing the nature and grounds of knowledge. It focuses on the means of getting knowledge and how the difference between falsehood and truth emerges. Modern epistemology tries to give an insight on the debate that exists between empiricism and rationalism. It also tries to establish an answer as to whether or not the knowledge can be obtained through posterior or prior.
Empiricism is a kind if the knowledge that is obtained through one’s experience. Theists and atheists tend to share some disparities regarding their belief. The theists believe in some God while atheists believe in none. Though their reasons for not believing or otherwise tend to vary, it is quite common for both the theists and atheists to differ in what is perceived as an appropriate criterion for the truth and thus proper criteria for the best achievable reason for belief.
The theists rely on criteria like custom, faith, revelation, intuition, and tradition. The atheists, on the other hand, oppose anything that go by favor, criteria, correspondence, consistency and coherence.
Knowledge is the understanding and an awareness of a given aspect of reality. Clearly, lucid information that is gained through the course of the reason that is applied to the reality.
Wait! What is Philosophy paper is just an example!
The traditional way holds that knowledge needs three sufficient and necessary conditions. This gives the reason for knowledge to be defined as the “justified true belief.” Truth holds it that something counts as knowledge for the reason that false prepositions are least known.
