Abstract
Motivation, whether extrinsic or intrinsic, is a key concept in the students’ success in any academic journey. For any student to succeed in their education, they must create an environment that reminds them of their primary objective and why they take the course. This kind of environment helps in developing a positively-driven mindset. Even the most positive minds can be distracted. Thus, applying effective motivational strategies is helpful and the key to any academic success. In my future college plan, I first make clear my aspiration and interest in Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting course. I clarify the period I intend to take the course and the hours I estimate the course will take. I then outline the strategies I plan to use to keep me motivated, why the strategies are useful for students pursuing an online course, and the approach I plan to use to overcome any challenges that are academic-related.
Key Words: Motivation, Strategy, BBA in Accounting
My Future College Plan
Peter Drucker once said, “Once you have the commitment, you need the discipline and hard work to get you there” Drucker (2006, p.67) I believe in every aspect of a person’s life, commitment and hard work are concepts that go together. I aspire to pursue my Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting between from 11/2018 to 11/2019. The main career opportunities I am eyeing after completing this course are being a financial planner and public accountant.

Wait! Your Future College Plan paper is just an example!

I intend to achieve this through the Online Accounting Bachelors Degree program. Studying 20 hours per week, the course is likely to top take up to 240 hours until completion.
I have a rich academic experience, which means that I understand what it takes to succeed in a course. Taking an online class requires an extra level of dedication and commitment because students are working without any supervision from the teachers. It requires an extra amount of drive. I believe I have the right mentality to score high grades in the course. According to Dolezal et al. (2003), teachers form caring relationships to motivate students in a classroom set-up. For my online course, I first remind myself that accounting class is where I belong because of my aspiration to become a public accountant or financial planner. I will define my objectives by raising my expectations above the class expectation. Through this strategy, I expect always to work harder to match these expectations.
In every academic journey, bumps are inevitable. However, I have created a threat-free environment to help me overcome any hurdle. At home, my parents and siblings have created a supportive environment. I also have confidence in my abilities as a student, and I keep affirming this belief to keep me motivated- I will use the same strategy in case of any bumps. Also, having faith in myself and my abilities will help me develop and keep a mindset of growth. Therefore, I believe with these strategies for motivation; I will achieve the success I desire in this course.

I need to work a lot; that’s why I really didn’t have a single minute to focus on my thesis writing. These guys from Essay-samples are real saviors. I don’t know how they knew what my professor expected to receive, but they definitely succeeded.
