Brotherhood
The people we interact with play a vital role in chiseling out our best selves as we endeavor to live a mark long after we are gone. Brotherhood is a family that is always there to bring out the best in us. Identifying with a group people with the same aspiration as us will help us attain our goals faster. A brotherhood offers moral support, and experience that allows us to journey through our life challenges safely. Brotherhood is a haven that a person can run to for advice. Others have already achieved most of what we aspire to attain. Belonging to the same association with them will accord us the advantage of having a role model to lead the way (“Home”, 2018). We can learn from their success and improve on their shortcomings. Their experience of the journey we are currently undertaking will help us reach our destination in record time. A brotherhood for me is, therefore, a family that I can lean on for guidance and social molding. Having a Brotherhood fosters a sense of belonging; it makes me feel at home as I can freely express myself without fear of others casting judgment on me.
My Contribution
The Delta Sigma Pi brotherhood at the University of Arizona is a family that allows one to flourish in their business field through guidance and support. Being a member of the fraternity will give me a platform to share my intellectual skill in business management. I will share my experience and make myself available to mentor those coming after me. I believe that my inclusion in the fraternity will give me the ideal opportunity to add to the social pool of the brotherhood.

The fraternity will allow me to apply my social interaction skills to reach others who might be too shy to reach out to others. Being a member of the brotherhood will give me the opportunity to spread the love around (“Home”, 2018). I will be able to share my moral principle with others as I interact and learn from them too. My other contribution to the fraternity is my unbound loyalty to the fraternity I will commit all my efforts towards championing for the objectives of the brotherhood. I will also avail my time toward serving the community social responsibility duties of the fraternity. The fraternity will also benefit from my creativity in branding and advertising. I will share my formula on how to make a killing through social media advertising.
Benefits of Delta Sigma Pi
There is so much to benefit from having an association with Delta Sigma Pi. I will have unlimited support regarding idea nurturing. The association has active and competitive business-oriented minds that offer a vast pool of experience. The brotherhood will guide me through all the steps I take in making my idea a reality. The Brotherhood will give me the opportunity to make lifetime friends. The brothers within the fraternity will be my second family I will enjoy their company and lean on their support when things get hot. The Brotherhood has an extensive list of alumni who have made excellent progress in their careers. Their success has helped in building an incredible reputation for the fraternity (“Home”, 2018). Associating myself with the fraternity will get me a great recommendation that ultimately contributes to making on my reputation. Finally, the association will help nurture a professional culture in me. I will be able to learn how to interact with other colleagues professionally. I will also be able to tap into the fraternity’s network. The Brotherhood will introduce me to potential business partners I can work with. Being a member of the Delta Sigma Pi will be a tremendous achievement. Delta Sigma Pi is where I belong.
