Educational Management and its relevance for the Educational System

To talk about educational management we must first establish a concept of educational management and some differences that must be made between management and administration. At the end of the 19th century, the concept of management had been associated with the term administration within the business, economic and services sphere; While in the educational area it was used was administration, however, in the twentieth century it begins to be called Educational Management.

Faced with all this change of each day and social transformation where the least intense human work is considered, in the face of industry and machinery there is a big difference in the case of educational management, the weight of human competences is the most representative. Therefore, to carry out good management it is necessary to have a good administration scheme since it will be involved in human work and performance. This becomes thus not an end in itself, but a constant support support that responds to the needs of the management.

What we will develop within this essay that cannot be taken from the human side or with a humanistic prospective where concretion strategies are found in a management of management that significantly involves the actors, in the same way that a teacher manages to doSignificant knowledge in the classroom. In this process, we know, there are no unique and isolated solutions. All improvement is due to articulated vision between various actors and management levels.

Wait! Educational Management And Its Relevance For The Educational System paper is just an example!

Developing

It is important to consider that educational management is deployed by taking into account the transdiclinary cultural of philosophy, anthropology, psychology and sociology, and complementary areas, which postulate the educational action in constant dialectical relationship between the group of subjects that make up the educational community such as being: Managers, teachers, administrative, environmentalists, students and parents and/or representatives, who make decisions and execute actions, it is also necessary to recognize the complexity, unity and diversity, similarities and differences by this group of actors,as well as the definition of a series of concrete actions that lead these people to achieve a common goal or goal.

Educational management plays an important role (Michael Fullan, 2010: PG 108) has identified four factors that function as bridges between politics and educational management, which manage to improve reality in the classroom:

  1. Attract high quality personnel for the teaching profession (academics who are also suitable for teaching,
  2. An approach to and for the strategies that develop the quality of pedagogical practices.
  3. Cultivate, select and develop instruction -oriented leaders.
  4. Follow up on the database that provides information about the good performance of students, schools and school groups and how they have operated with early intervention to solve.

An important aspect to consider is "… raises the concept of leadership focused on principles, which has to do with the internal transformation of the human being, which will lead him to influence others in the long term". (Covey 1998, pg. 127). Therefore, the educational leader becomes the person who with specific conditions, in the face of the sense of education, guides the educational community, as students, teachers, parents and people who manage educational processes, in the search to improve theeducational quality, climate and organizational culture in personal growth, represented in the integral formation of institutions.

In addition, the importance of educational quality, in coherence with the responsibility of an educational leader, and, consequently, refers to the scenario that represents the educational organization, regarding the organizational climate and the influence of the leaders in the systemeducational.

Conclusions

There is great importance for the development of a country having as one of its pillars education for the emergence of a certain country and because not say of ours that makes it so much and the new global scenarios directly affect all social organizations and force themTo undertake rapid transformations. Education is no stranger to this phenomenon and, for this reason, the education system faces important challenges to give timely and relevant answers to the new training needs of citizens for the 21st century and taking into account the pyrales of Michael Fullan on theirEducational change research.
