The methods used by the leader to encourage good rapport among the team that I have perceived in a successful business are:
Defining the aim
Being transparent and shedding light on the working process.
The mission of the business must be stated clearly so that the entire team shares the vision and the goal that is to be achieved.
Deal with problems thoughtfully.
Results of effective communication skills
When such elements are present in an organization, the effects that I noticed were that every employee regarded their participation in every kind of work and solved problems as their responsibility as being a part of the team. Effective communication helped them to speak out their problems, requirements and demands smoothly and that lead to harmony and success of the company. The feeling of being a part of a team can achieve unbelievable profits because everybody actively takes part in the regular proceedings of the organization. Hence it is important to maintain effective communication system within an organization and for this, the process of communication should begin early and maintained throughout life.
