The difficulty in the healthcare is because theories were not developed within a healthcare context but were usually developed for the business setting and then applied to healthcare. Besides that, properly the leadership initiatives are associated with improvements in patient care or organizational outcomes when implemented in the healthcare setting.
Furthermore, the healthcare sector plays a vital role in the society. The well-being of people depends on how well the leaders of these facilities manage their operations. Every leader in the leadership contributions set the stage for effective teamwork. The leadership team is significant in providing directions and precise paths to realize particular goals (In Information Resources Management Association, 2013). Also, they help the staff develop skills that are meant to assist in the coping with changes. An effective leader creates an active environment where there is quality in clinical care and also passes out a vision and influencing others to strive towards this ideal.

Visionary style: this method helps the leader when the healthcare organization needs a new move. The aim of visionary style is to direct people toward a set of shared goal
Coaching style: This style help to develop each in the health care by directing them on how to make their performance better and show them how to connect their goal with the objective of the organization.
Democratic style: This style brings the knowledge and the skill of the people together so as to create a group commitment to the resulting goals. The leader in this group taps the collective wisdom of the group so as the organization to work effectively.
Commanding style: This is the most used style of leadership it involve praise and frequently employs criticism, it undercuts morale and job satisfaction, but it is limited usefulness.
Affiliate style: this method shows the principal of the teamwork, connect people to each other and also maintain togetherness in the team.
Nevertheless, there is a dark side to the use of leadership style. The leadership style can be used to take advantage of the employees Managers with the capability of mastering the emotions of other people and can rob them of their reasoning abilities (Duffy, V. G. 2011). They can use emotional skill to manipulate others to realize their personal motives that do not depict the overall goals of the organization. Managers can strategically disguise their emotions and influence those of others with the aim of realizing higher powers rather than helping the personnel develop and advance. . From this, it is critical to analyze how leaders are utilizing the technique in healthcare and develop ways to mitigate the use of emotional intelligence for selfish purposes. There is a need for further in-depth investigations on the subject to address these challenges.

In conclusion, an active and organized leadership leads to successive healthcare organizations and also helps the clinicians that are in action, such as nurses, leading teams to provide quality care and ensure the service improvement. Under an effective leadership, for the example, will help the nurse to cope with the change they will recognize the value of proactive choice when faced with difficult decisions about health care organization and deliveries.
