Dear St Petersburg Council:On behalf of Chavez and associates, I have compiled a report concerning the threat of liability to the city as a result of crowding and misuse of Pinellas Park Beach way. The findings listed are founded on careful observation of the path, records of the city council and a brainstorming session with city officials.
Findings and Analysis
In my initial assessment, I noted with concern that the people using Pinellas beach way encountered several close collision calls in a day, which were not reported. The footpath accommodated cyclists, pedestrians and surreys which were driven on the wrong side of the road. Further, cyclists did not have bells to warn other road users. As a result, pedestrians were caught off-guard, some escaped with near misses, but others sustained minor injuries from falls.
There is inadequate lighting when it is dark which further doubles chances of the occurrence of a collision. There are street lamps overhead, but upon examination, most of the filaments of the lights had been used up yet no replacement had been done.

The existence of fairs and product sales on most weekends attracts more numbers than the path was designed to accommodate.
Recommendations
The city council should take these measures to lessen the threat of liability arising from the collision events experienced by Pinellas beach way:
Investigate the working conditions of the street lights at the path and install lamps that work well so that the road is well lit in the dark.
Evaluate the use of the pathway and prepare a report on the necessity of the construction of lanes on either side of Pinellas. They should direct that it be of use for pedestrians only.
It should incorporate a program for teaching about maintaining safety while on the road and put up signs along Pinellas.
Pass a directive requiring that all cyclists have bells installed on their bicycles.

That aside, a lot of time has been wasted while doing this, e.g., in times when his machines have broken down. It has caused delays in six projects this far and strained relationships with our clients. To minimize such possibilities in the future, I propose the following:

The price of the printer is high, but with it, our company operations can run smoothly and save on expenses as highlighted:
The printer can have scheduled maintenance quarterly. It is cheaper to maintain usage of one all in one printer as opposed to acquiring and preserving copiers and scanners separately. The costs are therefore slashed by half.
Efficiency- Due to the wireless network drives, employees can obtain information from handsets, cloud, emails, and print from any place. It increases productivity by over 60%
Safety- Since the printer is owned by the organization, there is minimal danger of company secrets getting to competitors or the public. Sharing of documents is only available through a secure network.
