Factors for lack of jobs that triggers poverty

The SDG that I selected was the objective 1 of sustainable development which is: the end of poverty. The research question that I prepare about this topic with a goal of being able to make a change was as follows:

Is the lack of jobs one of the factors to trigger poverty?

Day by day we are affected more with the issue of poverty, and a factor of this in the lack of jobs. According to the Galileo University, unemployment is an economic problem because it represents an expense of valuable resources. In addition to being an economic problem it becomes a social problem because it causes huge sufferings in people, since they fight more to survive. One of the most important organizations in the world is already taking action to solve this problem, this organization is the UN (United Nations Organization). The UN agenda has as a goal for 2030 to end poverty and not leave anyone behind, starting with the most disadvantaged. They have done it with a future vision for sustainable, inclusive, sustained and equitable economic growth, emphasizes the UN. This UN promise will be accompanied by employment and decent work for all. One of its solutions is to receive an income per person greater than 1.$ 25 daily, which is currently 1.19 dollars a day.

Like the UN there is a NGO working with the same objective, this organization is "help in action", this organization does, is that it is dedicated to strengthening and training people so that in the future they are easier To be able to ask for a job, since these people focus on seeing their strengths and monitoring it to get a job.

Wait! Factors For Lack Of Jobs That Triggers Poverty paper is just an example!

As has other areas of development that are linked with the same theme of putting an end to poverty.

Sedesol (Ministry of Social Development) has been fighting with poverty for more than 25 years and now exclaims that in 5 years there will be no poor Mexican. What Sedesol indicates is that great guilt of poverty in Mexico is the lack of productivity and income of the population. The technical secretary of the Inter Secretarial Commission of the CNCH exclaimed that it is not about giving them food, but enable them so that they know how own food.

To be able to do my job I chose to guide and base myself on certain organizations that are already taking action to generate the change to this problem. The organizations that I chose are both linked to the government as well as act on their own. The organizations with which I will guide myself to carry out this essay are: UN (United Nations Organization), Help in Action and Sedesol (Ministry of Social Development).

For my 3 demographies I will take into account what the lower class people, middle -class people and the upper class people think. From the point of view of the middle class the government has changed men or workers for machines and every time they occupy fewer people to work occupying the place of people who want to work for a salary. Just as they think that due to unemployment there is more violence. Investigating a little of the high -class opinion they think that unemployment is not a great fact of poverty since they hope that our country will grow through investment and companies (the upper class owns companies) can Give formal jobs with a salary to unemployed people, this is commented by Gerardina González director of the ILO of Mexico. Like this one she exclaimed "we have to do a lot to close the wages and remuneration gap between women and men, and for including young people in the labor market in formal and quality occupations". -Gerardina Gonzalez. Finally we have the lower class people, most of them the only thing they think and say is that the lack of employment is the fault of the government, that they do not take care of that and that they do nothing to change it, they expect the Government use each of the people. We can see this in an interview that they did to a woman who worked in a clothing workshop. This woman says that there are millions of unemployed people and that the government does nothing, that on the contrary the government says that they are already leaving the crisis, he exclaimed that what the government says is a "shame".

After having done an investigation that if the lack of employment is a main factor of poverty and see how there are organizations working on that I have reached my conclusion and I am in favor of my research. I think that lack of employment is one of the greatest factors of poverty because people in Mexico, as in one of the articles of the Ministry of Social Development, in Mexico a large part of the unemployed people is because they are people Inactive, they want everything gifted, that everyone will solve their problems, to do everything for them, you think that asking for money in a traffic light will be able to acquire all the necessary income for their survival, there are people who neither the traffic light comes to ask for money. With our new president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, people have become even more loose, since now he will be "giving them" money for doing nothing. I got to this conclusion because I believe that if people want with little. There is a lot. There are many jobs like that, but people don’t want that. If people really want to get out of poor have to accept the jobs and opportunities they are given, just as our president is "giving up" money, he said he would also have less unemployed people, it’s just something that people want get ahead, start with a few income until you can reach a higher level and get out of poor and be able to have a better life.
