Family oriented programs: Social Help

Workers can often be found in their family environment with various conflicts such as: lack of dialogue with their teenage children, lack of time to take care of them and spend time with them, separations, etc. As well as other problems of diverse severity such as a family member, duel, economic problems or family discrepancies. Taking these aspects into account, it can be considered that the appearance of any of these (or several) stressors will affect the work carried out by the worker in the workplace, as well as to his own well -being.

From this point of view, through programs such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we can address a wide series of problems that arise within a company, in order to achieve a solution.

These programs consist of an active and voluntary contribution to social, economic and environmental improvement from companies to improve their competitive, valuation and added value. Through this, we can include in the objectives of a company, the family -oriented programs that the company can implement to in turn, feedback achieving greater development. We propose conciliation measures based on the equality of sexes, with equality in the permission of paternity and maternity on the initiative of the company, schedules that allow the care of children by both sexes, to strengthen parents/mothers and children relationships, and therefore achieve greater family bond. These are proposals, in relation to the conciliation between the genres, which we propose to the company to develop and carry them out, if they estimate it appropriate within the same of the same.

Wait! Family Oriented Programs: Social Help paper is just an example!

Companies that wish, strengthen and protect family relationships, as well as instill values that help them develop and protect them. This is usually done through programs that promulgate an ethical code linked to moral and social values and principles, which are closely related to the family relationship. These programs dedicate a work time, which can vary from one company to another, which is estimated appropriate or desired (depending on the month or time of the year), to culture and train their employees, as well as toguide them towards the understanding that the concept and reality of the family are more than the mere fact of fulfilling the obligations of father or mother. The purpose that this series of programs pursue is that workers understand the true importance of maintaining a healthy family relationship, and increasing their ability to solve the problems that may arise inside it, through the reasoning and adoption ofStrategies for your achievement. When raising these programs, it is important to consider how company activities influence the quality of life of workers and families, since these can add or subtract value from those activities.

We also want to inform the company, the EFR initiative. This is a movement promoted by CSR that deals with moving forward and giving answers in relation to responsibility and respect for the reconciliation of family and work life. In addition to this, it encourages support for equal opportunities and inclusion. This certificate recognizes good practices in organizations that make up models for the reconciliation of working and family life. This recognition entails advantages for companies such as: attracting talent, capturing investors, improving the image and reputation of the company, etc. In addition to increasing good work environment, it reduces absenteeism among other benefits. This certificate is granted by the Most Family Foundation, distinguishing the company by the labor and family reconciliation of its employees. Companies can design the EFF model through their own means or through platforms that offer them.

One of the main requirements that must be met are the following: temporary and spatial flexibility, which makes it easier for workersA pleasant occupation. Factors such as: support for professional or family development, the empowerment of equality, development of new leadership models to increase the motivation of workers and self-survey, as well as competition. In addition, it is intended to enhance health and well -being together with the use of new technologies, which are not only understood as a need for modern times, but are taken as a powerful stimulus for the worker and that positively reinforces the commitment between thecompany and employees.

From our position of counselors, we want to raise these proposals to the company in question, in order to study their viability according to the potential advantages that can entail if they proceed to the development of the same.

To be honest, I hate writing. That’s why when my professor assigned me with coursework, I just took the easy way out and hired StudyZoomer to assist me. I’m absolutely satisfied with the result, no flaws.
