As a celebrity, one has to keep tabs on their dressing and their sense of fashion in general as their image away from their work at times influences the number of fans maintained and attracted. A good sense of fashion may also mean more revenue from marketing clothes and beauty products. People will only emulate your sense of style if they believe it is the right one. Rihanna remains to be one of the best-dressed celebrities and has taken advantage of this situation to earn more from the fashion industry. The singer has over time come to be identified with her edgy, fearless, and innovative dressing. She has been dressed by almost every major designer one would care to mention. The singer, who plays by her own rules in fashion. She is always ready to try something different may it be fur or silk, dress or jeans and will always match them in quite a unique way.
Nicely Dressed Celebrity
Celebrities have been finding it quite important to spend some time deciding what should be in their wardrobes. Away from their acting, singing, dancing, and sporting roles, they have to maintain a particular image to their fans out there to maintain and attract a larger fan base. They, therefore, have to mind what they wear constantly. Most celebrities are also seeing the need to diversify their income sources instead of just relying on their primary sources of income. Why not make use of their large fan base and brand image to make more money? With many people always ready to emulate them, they can take advantage of their appearance to launch and market various cloth lines and beauty products Through these products they are also able to connect in a personal way with their customers.

One of the best dressed/fashion conscious celebrities has to be Rihanna. The “Diamonds” hitmaker has always wowed fans and audiences with her unique sense of style. The singer has over time been identified with her edgy, fearless, and innovative dressing having been dressed by almost every famous designer you would care to mention. She is always ready to try something different whether on the red carpet or in the streets; dress, jeans, fur, satin, heels, sandals or boots, she always finds a way of making them look perfect on her. She always plays by her own rules. The Barbados born singer claims that her fashion is inspired by her changing body size. She argues that she can wake up needing something oversize today and a bodycon the next week or day. “I really pay attention every day when I go into the closet about what’s working for my body that morning. I feel like that’s how everyone should go after fashion because it’s an individual thing.” (Metro, 2017).
Rihanna particularly had a good year in the world of fashion in 2017 as it is during this year that she launched her “Fenty Beauty” beauty products line which had reportedly fetched over $72 million in revenue by the start of December 2017 (Fashionista, 2017). She also appeared in three Vogue covers in December which is not a mean feat.
