Happiness as an indispensable facet of the human being

Happiness is a facet of the human being whose extrinsic objective has always been to cause us an internal conflict due to the lack of this in our day to day;We are constantly looking for elements or people who can fill the void to which it is up to happiness to be, however, we have no idea that this emotional state does not depend on external factors, but on the ability we have to develop before different environmentsand our control regarding the emotions that arise.

With this said, I consider that I have not reached a complete state of happiness, because according to the definition of this, a person becomes happy if it lasts for a fairly long time of time, so I can easily induce thethat I have only had small episodes in which happiness has been manifested. I think that the above is due to the influence that external agents have had in the development of my life, such as school and society;These have limited the duration of my happiness by inducing certain feelings that could be considered as opposed to happiness. In the case of the school, there is no reference to how heavy it is, but to the fact that I am in a continuous evaluation of which I do not always manage to get ahead. Considering the main characteristic that I have around school, when I get a bad qualification I denigrate myself and I end up carrying out violence towards my person, which prevents me from reaching a certain degree of happiness.

On the other hand, my behavior remains motionless, because I have always been given not to express my emotions explicitly, so my behavior remains in constant control.

Although I think that I do not currently have a certain level of happiness, I know with certainty that I once had it, because I did not have any kind of concern and although I occasionally felt sad or angry, happiness was still present;I did not let anything influence the development of my happiness because it did not give importance to its importance. That said, I can emphasize that the events throughout my life whose summit has been composed of happiness in their completeness are the following:

In conclusion, I consider that it is of the utmost importance to consider all the factors that contribute to the lack of durability of your happiness, since you can identify what prevents you from reaching that state and so you can eventually reach happiness.
