HEMODYNAMIC CHANGES IN PATIENTS WITH PULMONARY HYPERTENSION
Introduction
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) refers to a continuous and severe disease that causes abnormal pressure in the pulmonary artery, resistance in the pulmonary vascular that initiates failure in the right side of the heart and eventually death of an individual (Steele, et al. 9). Scientists have carried out research and come up with various treatment for the disease. As a result, different drugs are used in the treatment of the disease with epoprostenol being the most common type of agent used for this treatment. However, there are some complications associated with this agent like interference with the delivery system, infections and malfunctions of the pump (Steel, et al.12).
Cardiopulmonary Hemodynamics Treatment Effects
Time is of great importance when it comes to treatment of cardiopulmonary hemodynamics disease. When a patient has survived the disease, sufficient time is required to ensure proper recovery (Steele, et al. 16). The average change in the right ventricular hemodynamics for each patient being treated for PAH is dependent on the post-therapy hemodynamics prescribed in good time. According to Steele et al epoprostenol and Bosentan has proved to be good as they improve the CI which is a variable with a great impact on survival rate(17). It is worth noting that most of the therapies proposed by scientist improve the survival of patients.

Over the years there has been a continuous boost towards treatment of the disease where therapies have been identified to change the traditional history of the disease. The major challenge currently remains to be a way of identifying an ideal therapy with the best prognostic value (Steele, et al. 18).
Conclusion
From the article it is evident that both old and new treatments improve on the status and survival of hemodynamic patients as opposed to the ones treated using the placebo method. Although the clinical implications are said to be minimal, the advanced therapy is able to prolong survival of a patient which is deemed fit to most people. Nevertheless, more research need to be conducted so as to come up with an efficient and effective therapy for PAH treatment.
