British Government against American Resistance
What case would you make in support of the British government against American resistance to the laws? After World War II, nations settled down to concentrate on wealth creation and improvement of the lives of citizens. However, some most developed countries wanted to develop even more and have some control of the world in what came to bring competition for resources in less developed countries with the goal possessing the most power. This essay seeks to look at the America rebellion to laws and fight for authority to have a significant control of the world.
When the Indian and French war came to an end, the colonialist came up with laws and regulations to guide them and avoid conflicts among themselves. But America was infamous for following the rules, so the British regime was not happy. It is justifiable for the British government to behave so for the betterment of foreign relations across the world. America has indirectly shown some interest in controlling the world. The failure to follow internationally recognized regulations and laws might make other nations treat the United States as a rebellious nation.
The use of coercive force is probably the best medicine America does. Using the military force, I would force the US to honor the independence of other nations, allowing them to exercise their democratic voting rights and exploit their natural resources without any interference. There is still no full independence of colonies because of mainly the foreign aid that these territories receive.

Strict terms and conditions follow the Donations and financial assistance that the developing states receive.
At this era, power can only be achieved through the right means, but not through dubious ways. All nations should relate and trade based on mutual interest whereby all the nations involved benefit accordingly.
The Proclamation line imposition passed in 1763 was meant to keep peace with the Native Americans. This was done by preventing the colonialists from settling to the west of the Allegheny Mountains in Pennsylvania. Colonialists who were settled in this area were to remove themselves which meant that colonialists could not claim the west hence they could not expand further. Since this was a peace-oriented imposition to limit colonialism, America had no valid reason to resist it even though it was thought that the British were seeking to benefit from the move.
The sugar act passed in 1764 aimed to prevent foreign sugar into America; only Britain was to handle the sugar business in America. Though this appeared as somekind of British monopoly of the sugar market in America, the act had a major benefit to the Americans: This meant that other countries could not “attack” the American sugar markets thus reducing the revenue that the Americans were making from the sugar business. America thought that the British were generating a lot of income from sugar sold in their country while in reality, it was a move meant to protect their market.
The stamp act that the British passed in 1765 stated that the Americans were to buy special watermarked paper for legal documents and newspapers. Anyone who violated this law was prosecuted. This at first appeared to be a method adopted to raise revenue for the British government. Americans claimed that this was “taxation without representation” in the British parliament. However, all British colonies were “virtually represented” in the parliament. This move had an advantage to the Americans because at that time they did not have an entirely stable government. They were thus still under the guidance of the British and thus they should have adhered to this act.
