Immigration evolution

Nowadays 

Immigration has changed dramatically that today we hear that in the news there are many more immigrants emigrate to countries without violence or poverty. People are desperate for many refugees and finding a home in which they have peace and love. But there are many countries in which they cannot support the number of immigrants who are closing their borders. 

Borders and dedication 

There are many who have to travel borderly and if they are captured by immigration they try again and they do not give up because their goal is to have a better life. This has gone through many years and it is harder to enter a country that has freedom and money. Well a young man named Enrique has taught the world the difficulty of obtaining what they could not have in his country. The book, “Enrique’s journey,” by Sonia Nazario describes how Enrique is dedicated to arriving in the United States to meet his mother because the separation could no longer control it.

The journey

Enrique has tried eight times to reach the United States and every time he is deported for Guatemala, his home of origin, he starts again. The journey is difficult that Enrique has to travel through countries full of corruption and poverty especially violence. Violence causes immigrants’ journey.

The gangs 

Gangs are intimidating and some have reputations that scares people and fear for their lives. Enrique had to travel for a town called Tecun Uman.

In Tecun Uman there are two rival gangs that are the Mara Salvatrucha and Calle 18. These two gangs are the reason because you disappear immigrants and for deaths at the borders of Guatemala. 

The authorities

We all believe that the police will be the solution to control violence and help people with their personal problems, that is not the case. The authorities do not care about people and their well -being. They are equally corrupt as Guatemala gang members and add to the problem. There are policemen who with money let violence continue in countries. Governments say they are trying to find a solution for poverty and violence but they steal money from people and talk about solutions but there is never a change. 

The money 

If you can say that money can be cause for corruption and the origin of the global problems that the world has to solve. For all the money will make us richer and can have things that could not have. Money is a reason that Enrique’s mother left him in Guatemala, because he did not do so much washing clothes in Guatemala than cleaning house in the United States. Society is economically separated in the rich become richer and the poorest poor. The poor have to fulfill their obligations and pay their taxes while starving. On the other hand, the rich live life by making money from the poor without their bank account deducting. 

The future

 The future of immigration will never come to an end when someone who needs refuge and help will always see, immigration has changed dramatically and someone has to find a solution for thousands who suffer from poverty and violence.
