In deliberating on a business idea, it becomes essential to contemplate on the strengths and weaknesses of the project. The idea is not to just highlight the strong and the weak areas rather; there is an underlying intention of maximizing on the strengths while at the same time working on the modes of improving on the weak areas. In analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the pharmaceutical and medical products distribution business, there is highlight of insights that touch on the ethical matters. There is a close connection between the strengths and weakness with the opportunities and threats that are likely to engulf a business. In stating the strengths and weaknesses, there is consideration of key aspects of the firm such as the services of the people. The contemplations of the strengths and the weaknesses of the business take the shape of the nature of the firm in such a way that there is a deliberate avoidance of generalization of issues.

Strengths and weaknesses profile
For a company specializing in the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical products, the character of individuals is an essential one, (Snyder, 2016).This element contributes to strength and weakness helms of the business. The strength is in the skills of the people in the involvement of the firm. The right kind of training for the people to be involved provides power, (Brown, Harris, Prendergast & Srivastava, 2015). Many companies get it wrong by engaging inappropriate people regarding the skills suitable for business.

Wait! In deliberating on a business idea paper is just an example!

Most of the times, the mishaps are much in association with the efforts of making cuts on the spending regarding paying the employees. In a bid to spend little in the salaries, management turns to engagement of people with little or no qualification relevant for the skills in the requirement in the firm.
The focus is not just on the people with medical schooling for the involvement. Rather, there is consideration of other skills such as those of the drivers to be involved in the delivery of the medical products as the business progresses. However, there is a weakness in the ability to maintain the highly skilled people in each of the categories of employees. For the enterprise to achieve the right distribution there is a need to tune every area of the business, especially in the people category. This aspect poses a significant weakness as a threat in one area of the people aspect constitutes a threat to all other sectors.
On the aspect of the products/services, there is strength in the speed of delivery. Even when a company has the right kind of items in matters of quality, but there is a failure to make prompt delivery, there is bound to be loopholes, (Ruizalba, Soares & Morales, 2016). With such orientations, it would be difficult to arrive at the stipulated profits. Moreover, there would be a lack of satisfaction to the customers, which does not auger well with any given business.
The efforts of achieving the right speed of delivery are through the involvement of the right transportation while still ensuring that there is the correct logistics on the ground for providing that the products are ready for the delivery. The speed of the provision as a strength is not in isolation; rather there is an inclusion of quality to complete the package. The weakness is in consideration of the high investment for ensuring that there is the right kind of transportation to ensure the proper delivery.
On the aspect of the company, there is strength in the aspect of reputation in a sense that; there is every effort to ensure that there is the creation of the right rapport with clients. There are no other means of securing a decent reputation except through providing meeting of the demands of the customers in the right manner, (Scarlat, 2013). When there are such heights in business, there is an achievement of the viable reputation which goes a long way in seeing the success of the firm. This view is in consideration of the fact that there is high competition in the market. This contest is not limited to enterprises specializing in pharmaceuticals and medical products distribution. However, there is a weakness in the realization that; there is a high competition hence, the need for every effort to ensure the reputation. This effort needs to be up high for a relatively new company.
