A new leader might also come into the organization with new policies for purposes of trial and error, and this might bring the company down when such policies don’t work. When leaders provide support to their workers, they usually motivate them to perform better and show their bosses that they appreciate their support. Support often comes in various forms, and leaders should be in a position to understand the kind of support their workers desire at a particular time.
Lastly, leaders need to be flexible to the operations of the company and always make changes in accordance with the requirements of the people and the company as a whole. When leaders become flexible, they usually make adjustments for issues that are not planned for by the management team. Such instances often help when emergencies arise or when there is a need to amend a policy or regulation.
