INTRODUCTION
Authentic leadership is a series of transparent and ethical elected leader behavior that supports openness in sharing a possible ideology that help in decision making and accepting the follower’s participation. The primary objective is to evaluate ways in which field of leadership is evolving by using the various theoretical approach and possible outcomes of their evolutionary path for the models and population.

Wait! Methodology Assignment – Authentic Leadership paper is just an example!

Leadership does not get considered as the elected person but also the supervisors, followers, culture, and culture that will enable vividly define the leader (Luthans & Avolio 17).
The main point was to filter out the best leadership qualities that will lead to transformations and positive organizational behavior by examining fundamental questions for the past 100 years that get frequently asked on media. For more valid and eligible information, I applied the four methodological approaches as explained in business management. Over the past few decades, there has been little understanding of leaders and leadership as having seen as authentic. In this methodology, we research we base our discussion on modern examination based on authentic leadership by focusing on the leadership progress in the last decade in the area. In achieving all the proposals, there are several series of questions that will frame how authentic leadership and their potential development and also applying the ground theory format to investigate it. In this process, it will provide a point of departure for finding a solution to a particular problem (Guba and Lincoln 29).
Aim: The project is supposed to assess possible issues concerning leadership and exact steps on how to overcome problems present and check for future predictions concerning leadership authenticity and development.
Method: For quality research a better a thorough examination of possible methods and terminologies that provide a breakthrough to what the report is about and also a brief description of what gets expected and what gets discussed (Blismas and Dainty 203). A researcher elaborates that using of few question in every section of research will provide a better place to start with as it familiarizes the researcher of what gets expected. Another methodology is the use of personal skills in investigating by doing a multiple of research and also providing justification for a particular research. Personal skills depend deeply on commitment and qualitative and quantitative analysis which get based on researcher’s theoretical lens and degree of uncertainty in the environment of the occurrence. The vital regions that need to be enquired include
• Introduction to the interviewee’s history, career and leadership philosophy
• The influence of significant individuals and events on their leadership development
• A key turning points in their leadership development
• The personal and professional challenges they had faced
• Their personal ambitions and aspirations as leaders
• Their approach to developing followers
• What they wanted to achieve as leaders
• The legacy the interviewees hoped to leave behind as leaders
Grounded research theory: Grounded theory has been the most prominent and reliable source of research technique that provide best results. Ground theory application is in studies have been applied in wide range of companies, context, and studies when conducting a more practical research. Ground research approach explores some subjects related to leadership including administrative, instructional leadership, leadership in tempestuous change, subsidiary leadership, the role of piety in leadership, leadership in a cleaned-up establishment, leadership scholarship, and leadership in traumatic and complex liberation operations. Unlike quantitative research, which is mainly North American in nature, qualitative chastised theory method used in North America (Arbnor and Bjerke 245-309).
Analytical approach: I used this method as a primary source of data collection while, in other research, I used the actors approach to obtain the valid data by informal interviewing, observational techniques—participant and non-participant, and document analysis (Kan and Parry 132). They used Multi-factor Leadership Questionnaire to bring computable psychometric materials into grounded theory inquiry. Evidence show that it is difficult it use Quantitative values in the research process of authentic leadership, and only Qualitative is applicable in the study. Grounded theory method attempts for the emergence of new theories and propositions rather than testing the existing theories compared to Quantitative is becoming old fashioned and is not applicable to the research. To make the quantitative data applicable in the research is by combing with the qualitative approach that brings a matter of sense.
System approach: During the research process there are possible errors that are done by the selected interviewer. For instance, to gain the attention and full participation by the interviewee the interview should use more of his intellectual to be able to ask a sensible question. During the approach, I used more of the approach, for example, making the conversation live and also be in the state that it is a dialogue for my personal assistance. The interviewee hence provided more eligible data.
Actor approach: During the research process I applied the theory to obtain the personal experience of the present leaders and their influence on our community. I archive this by sharing our on life experience and interact with the leader to show the internal feeling about the authenticity of the leaders and also reach the subjectivity of the conversation.
Data analysis: After the process of achieving the ground theory methods that are suitable for the course the results, they are supposed to be analyzed to obtain a more and specific findings. The analytical approach provides comprehensive procedures for analyzing the qualitative results obtained from the field. The first phase of the analysis is immersion in the records, thorough reading of the transcription, and necessary excision to achieve exactness (Fisher 175). Although the author conducted all interviews in person, listening to each interview again during the transcription and correction stage was an extremely useful exercise. During the interviews and transcribing practice, the author was able to note down the events when the interviewees wanted to convey some message through emotional cues. Times when some conversations became emotional, and occasions when they tried to explain things through examples, laughter, emphasis, and high or low pitch of voice which might seem irrelevant when reading in a simple text form. Transcription and reading process also helped to jot down some initial ideas to establish a first coding scheme (Strauss and Corbin 46).
Conclusion
In conclusion during a research process, it is advisable to choose wisely the method of collecting data to obtain more precise and exact values. A grounded theory method was expanded to address the exploration objectives. A grounded theory method was extended to discuss the exploration objectives as it gets comprised application of three other methodological approach that is an analytical approach, system approach, and actors approach. Particulars of sampling performances, records collection, and investigation were given. Leadership development gets explained whereas leadership influence gets illustrated. To develop the validity and reliability of the current research validation process have to be conducted. For this purpose, opinions were sought from both study participants and non-participants on the resulting grounded theory model. During the sampling method and collection of data could be tiresome and time-consuming which could not be able to capture all the information. The methodology summarizes the authentic leadership practiced including leadership development, real leaders, and possible future remedies which need to get considered for a successful transformation.
