Results in General
Positivity

People feel encouraged around me due to my consistent enthusiasm which seems to be contagious strengths (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). I always find a way to lighten other people being faced with burdens and various pressures.

Wait! Self-Assessment-Review paper is just an example!

I always celebrate all achievement made and usually try to make everything appear positive, exciting and more significant in any case whatsoever. Although some skeptical and pessimistic individual tends to reject my full energy, the high level of positivity in me cannot allow being quickly pulled down. No matter any challenge I face, I am always confident and strong to continue building my energy in motivating other people.
Activator
The central question that consistently recurs in life is, “When can we start?”. I am always impatient to take action. Although I can acknowledge that sometimes analysis and discussions can derive some essential perceptions, I know that only taking action can solve the situation at hand. It is only through actions that decisions are put to function leading to performance and making things happen as planned strengths (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). While some people get worried to take action before acquiring all the required information, I believe that should not wait but immediately take action step by step. Furthermore, taking action is effective in learning. Therefore, once a decision is made, I prefer taking action, evaluating the results and learning from the experience. Thinking and taking action are two parallel aspects that define me. I believe that am not judged by what I say or think but by what I achieve through actions. In this case, taking action does not frighten me but instead pleases me.
Command
I have a high level of command that makes me always be in charge. While most people fear to impose rules and views to others, I am always motivated to share my views. I am not always comfortable to keep a particular goal within myself but share and command others to follow me. I believe that confrontation is a step towards solving challenges and thus am always positive in cases of construction strengths (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). While some individuals fear to face the unpleasant truth, I do embrace it in any case whatsoever. I always like maintaining good relationships with other people, and thus I can push individuals to act honestly, intimidate them and push them to take any risks therein. Although some people may dislike this, they often support my opinions since I have the command. Most people are always drawn close to me. Besides, most individuals always follow individuals who tend to guide them towards a particular direction.
Includer
The bottom line that drives my life activities is “stretching the circle wider.” I always strive to include people and make them feel like part of any group therein. I do not support any groups that tend to exclude others in their activities strengths (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). I like including individuals in order to expand the group as much as possible and also ensure that the person also benefits from the group maximumly. I do not like the situation when a person has to keep the desire and wish to join my group from the outside without any help. I do accommodate them and make them feel the pleasure and the satisfaction of their desires irrespective of their gender, race, nationality, religion or personality. I view all persons as equal with equal opportunities. I avoid making judgments that may hurt people and instead accept them by acknowledging the difference that exists among individuals. I strive to include everyone without ignorance in order to deliver what human beings desire in life; Inclusion.
Responsibility
I am always responsible and ready to take psychological ownership of my actions whether positive, negative, large or small. If I may not deliver up to the requirements of a particular person, I always strive to find other ways that can deliver up to the expectations. I do not engage and support excuses or apologize for my activities. I integrate ethics in building my reputation and a good name (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). I have the obsession to do things in the right ways. It thus makes me be depended upon making people like assigning me new responsibilities because they are confident I do things right and as expected.
Understanding the results is vital to building my career. It helps me understand my behavior and personality in undertaking my career activities. For instance, I know that I always have the drive to take psychological responsibility for anything that I commit. It means that I strive to fulfill my promises in any way possible strengths (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006). As many people attempt to assign me duties, I have to be selective in order to avoid burdening myself. Moreover, my responsibility theme can drive me to take more than I can deliver.
In conclusion, understanding my strengths and behavior is vital to developing my career as a leader. The signature themes help in developing strategies that aim at maximizing my talents entirely in order to derive excellent performance and successful undertakings. The step to step analysis and measurement of the psychological themes helps in identifying the major strengths and talents within me. I can utilize the strengths in ensuring successful measures as an effective person. I can also build the talents to strengths, and further use the talents to create a successful career in order to deliver excellent performance and success in the organization therein.
