Question 1: What is meant by, every deep crisis contains a significant opportunity?
There is a crisis of leadership in the world and people perceive this problem but trying to resolve issues. However, though this problem is existing, there is always a way out to get things done. These deep crises would still bring opportunities of solving issues and getting a way out. For instance, in the past, there was the problem of communication across the world since various communication platforms had not been developed or invented such as Facebook Twitter and others (THINK, n.d). This causes people to think and find ways to solve the problem by introducing these modes which then becomes an excellent opportunity for development in every aspect of life.
Question 2: What is meant by developing markets?
Emerging markets here means the countries that were traditionally producers and bears about 77% of the world’s consumption.
Question 3: What is meant by bottlenecks?
This means some delays in development and the fact that innovation are locked in a manner that nothing developmental can be done
Question 4: What is meant by, “we are very good at heart attacks but very bad in cancer”?
This means the nature in which organization can be mobilized when they face the crisis. There is a difficulty in mobilization when dealing with a slow trend
Question 5: What is meant by “asking for great ideas?”
Asking for great ideas means sourcing ideas from anyone in the world as long as one is smart enough to ask for such ideas from the sources.

Question 6: Why is social media so important to future leaders?
The new information technology reduces the cost of communication, and a greater population will be able to get informed on what is going on and therefore make their decisions instead of the need to wait for other leaders to show them the way. This simplifies the work done by the leaders and therefore social media is of importance to the future leaders.
Question 7: What is meant by heretics and why are they trying to help you?
These are people that think in a contrary manner in the society. Heretics are there in the society, and they are not a problem and enemies but instead they are trying to help through solutions. There contrary thinking is a help since it will make somebody find ways that will make it possible to coexist together and in the process will have contributed towards innovation.

Whereas technology is of great importance, it cannot in any way make choices for us. It is people themselves that make their choices based on their preferences. Communication plays a predominant role in the society. To be able to do things in every aspect of life there has to be communication. A leader can delegate duties to the junior staff through communication and to the next level in that order till everyone is well informed. This will automatically lead to a productive work environment that makes it possible to realize set goals. Various modes of communication have so far been invented and help a great deal in the development of the world in different sectors of the economy. The social media has become increasingly of support, especially to the young generation (Pearce, 2007). For instance, Facebook is one that serves a bigger purpose in the relay of information. Through effective communication, future leaders will be able to do their work in a simple manner and make a great achievement that will help the society as a whole.
