Let’s start because it is leadership;Leadership is “a way of being, which promotes teamwork and the alignment of interests with an organizational vision and mission, through the example, delegation, self-criticism, continuous learning and wisdom, understood asthe set of knowledge and experiences of a specific business ".

Another very important aspect is the communication that a good leader can provide to his classmates, since this helps the leader to help solve some difficulty that a worker also possesses, as well as the ability to listen and take into account the opinions ofTheir classmates and thus provide them with a positive environment, thus achieving that workers feel part of the organization obtaining greater efficiency and efficiency in organizations, which is an objective of organizational development, since it seeks efficiency, effectiveness and that the workershave an environment in which he can exercise his duties correctly. A good leadership influences the behavior that the workers of an organization have, so it could be said that a good leader positively influences workers, an influence that contributes positively in the organizational development of a company.

On the other hand, and perhaps the most important thing, a good leader guarantees proper communication between interest groups that allows organizational development and, consequently, the organization will be more successful.
